Josh W's USF rips by Josh W at 3:17 PM EDT on August 15, 2005
I have just started preliminary rip of Bomberman Hero just now.

I have just finished removing the bulk of the graphics stuff (although i fear there is still some lurking around) and got it working with 64th Note.

However due to me not writing down the music select variable offset, i cant rip it right now.

however i have made a sample usf which works fine with winamp (for me anyway).

Bomberman Hero Sample: bombhero.zip

I might have a preliminary set ready tommorow or so the if nothing goes wrong with it :)

Finally, the first non-hcs rip in a while! w00t!

Very cool, I'll get you up on the list right away.
I look forward to hearing the rest of it.

neat, i'm trying to do it now but with my analysis at home its kinda hard, and no source to the batch ripper.

But im downloading IDA and try to get it done (and overshoot my student monthly download limit) and see what i can do from here (at uni).

If you think it'll help here's the source to the batch ripper.
That isn't the source to the executable referred to in my walkthrough, I tend to change it a lot (actually I'm not even sure if this source works anymore, I tried to make some mods for DK64 and CBFD), but that's all I have.
thanks by Josh W at 3:47 PM EDT on August 16, 2005
but a bit too late.

It's up, and here's the titles from the OST that I matched while it was uploading:

sparse02: 15 - Zip
sparse03: 03 - Redial
sparse04: 06 - Cell
sparse05: 05 - Oropharynx
sparse06: 01 - Foehn
sparse07: 02 - Supplement
sparse08: 07 - Dessert
sparse09: 04 - Monogenic
sparse0a: 08 - Realtor
sparse0b: 09 - Fatidic
sparse0c: 10 - Wok
sparse0d: 11 - Mimesis
sparse0e: 12 - Tripod
sparse0f: 13 - Spiral
sparse10: 14 - Landlord
sparse11: 16 - Milky
sparse18: 17 - Beak

so all that's missing is 18 - Ooze (wherein a female voice says "the game is over") and 19 - Loom which sounds like an arranged track anyway.

Excellent; thanks Josh! Another soundtrack I'd been hoping for. Yeah Loom is an arranged track that wasn't used in the game, just to verify [not to mention being NOTHING like the rest of the soundtrack].

I call tags/times.

Well, just times. (Isn't it time we added an "edit post" function?)
