Looking for a tool that creates a a BSTRM file. All the ones I find doesn't work. (like Androu1's tool) or spits out a 0 KB file.

Like with Androu1's tool, it says it outputs the file in a folder called. EditedSongs, but I see no folder.

it takes the loops from the looping formats VGMStream supports

Or it just loops from the end to the beginning if it's not a format that VGMStream supports.
You might also want to update VGMStream's test.exe if you want support for more formats.

In what ways is this one better? Literally a custom encoder, or just that batch file/exes packed into a host exe?
