I for one prefer separate files. Last time I downloaded one that was a single file, I had to manually cut it apart (I probably had outdated tools, but considering how little I've updated since then, I most likely still have outdated tools, and I really don't want to have to manually cut it apart again). It's possible that Winamp can handle that properly (it's what I've been using for years, but since I avoid downloading one-file-CDDA, I don't know if that's been updated, or works). I do have FB2k installed, and I suppose it's likely that it's supported there, but I pretty much only use FB2k when I can't get Winamp to work (though, I did recently discover that, when converting to the SPEEX format, FB2k is wonderful!). But I'm one person, and I didn't do the rip. I just figured I'd voice my preference, since you asked it as a general question. Mouser X over and out.
