Since I'm looking for the SFX specifically (I actually found the PSF for the OST today, albeit one of the songs seems to have been incorrectly ripped? https://www.zophar.net/music/playstation-psf/digimon-world-2) I had to keep looking for a few alternatives. Using DW2-TT (https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/1723/) I was able to access the rest of the files... I'll let you know if anything goes wrong.
