Here is ADX music from the game Shinobi on PS2..
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shinobi_(PlayStation_2)

Good music so is why I bothered to extract the MANY ADX files from the game's .1gb+ cvm file and pick out the BGM ones ;-)

3 songs from the ost are missing, 'cos when i play them back with in_cube there is lots of garbage/static.. well there are lots of adx files, se, music etc.. I checked all and a few seem big 9mb etc.. so must be the missing songs but play back static :(:(

Anyway...

All shinobi BGM lovers enjoy :)

Also here is some Max Payne 2 songs :P (RWS Music) but they play fine with latest plugin :)

The songs that play back static are probably .sfd video, or possibly .aix. We need an extractor for those...

Here are the Ridge Racer 2 NPSFs if anyone wants them.

Most if the songs are repeated from the previous ridge racer though.

Enjoy :)

Ok Thaks for that hcs.. It is odd tho that all the other music plays fine tho but those ones they chose something else or . I have the ost but yeah no luck getting 3 songs from it in that large file.. sfd or aix.. hmm.. Yeah perhaps those songs are part of a video sequence. I never played the game so I don't know , but possible I guess.

Ahh one more thing.. Once or twice I played the rws files from MP2 and i got this guru meditation - script error message while trying to play in winamp.. aha i remember this from amiga days.. is this from the in_cube plugin? or winamp related.. hmm script error? wtf. aha Then says division by 0 error.. lol..From then on all winamp audio, mp3, flac etc.. all crash with same error until I reboot.. shown here

Oh well :)

Thanks for your help tho :)

That big red and black box is a *script* failure. Meaning, whatever Winamp skin you're using failed. It's a Maki script error (maki is the language that "Modern" skins are written in). As for the Winamp error (division by 0), I would assume it's related to the skin you're using. Which brings up the question, what skin *are* you using? Is it the Winamp default (bento?), or something else?

And now for the obligatory disclaimer. I could be wrong. However, I've *never* seen that red/black box appear for anything other than for errors in a Winamp "Modern" skin file. Try either changing the skin you're using, or disable the "gen_ff.dll" plugin (rename it to "gen_ff.off" or something). If you disable the plugin, that will force Winamp to use the Classic skin. Doing this ought to help narrow down the problem (if you stop having the problem after disabling that plugin, then there's a good chance it was the skin causing the problem).

I will say that I had a difficult time understanding your problem. Looking at the screenshot though, I'd have to conclude that it's the skin causing your problems. Without more information, this is the only solution that makes any sense (especially since I've never seen that red/black error message show up for anything except "Modern" skin problems). Hopefully this helps. Mouser X over and out.

Well I just installed the newest version and its default but before I did use skins.. so I probably will go through and delete all skins or just do a clean start and manually add plugins to the plugins folder. Thanks I will try to disable the gen_ff.dll renaming it.

Yeah thanks..I have had the skins for ages and never had that problem tho.. Only recently happened.. Anyway yeah I only use it for music , no need for any flashy stuff so I will keep to the no frills skin from now on :)

Thanks for your input mate.

You're Welcome Marcusss :)

Winamp also crashes on me and i get that guru meditation message at the top. After a while of hetting those, i started not to mind so every time winamp crashes, i always use one of my MIB file to start it up and it always works. Though im not sure thay every MIB file will work to do that and avoid crashing it.
