Extracts ADX files from any file containing them.
I tried it on the ADXVOICE.MDT and it seems to work alright.
Seems to work on an AFS I tested with, too, though afs2adx seems to put some more zeroes on the end of the file than the ADX actually needs. Also, my numbers are in hex... might want to change that.

This is the first step (well, after SSMEx) towards handling some of the many packed formats out there. I've got to do some more work on the DSP ones (such as the aforementioned inaccurate SSMEx).

- Extracted them. There's no music, just voice files. The music is in the same .mdt format, but doesn't appear to contain ADXs. So, bad luck.

- I ended up sticking Crazy Taxi up anyway. They're 44100Hz, and a couple of them (literally, two) loop, so if you've been after that, congratulations. I haven't heard the GC ADPs, so I don't know how these compare, or whether they're even the same songs, but yeah. They're under 30MB, so, hooray.

- I have the Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 ADXs now (from the GC version), but it seems like there are duplicates of nine tracks.
Now this isn't as simple as them being byte-for-byte copies, it seems as if one set has had some sort of filter applied, and is a few hundred KB shorter.
Should I include both in the torrent? The rest are 351 MB, these 9 tracks would take another 70 MB.

The Ecco ADX's seem to be mono, but the Dreamcast ADX files ripped to mp3 on another site are stereo, is there a problem with the files or the playback?

- Ah, I wonder if you have the Kalisto CDR rip of this game? If so, all music was down-converted to mono to fit, here is the nfo :

- I should have mentioned this sooner. I've obtained a non-corrupt copy of Phantasy Star Online 3, and have put up a completed torrent of the ADXs. This is the biggest set yet, at 613mb. I would have compressed it, but if you downladed the previous set (the inclomplete one), then when you start this torrent, you'll be 73% done already (make sure to download into the same directory, of course).
Anyway, please enjoy the newly completed set. It's pretty good. Mouser X over and out.

- I'm just posting this to let you know that I'll be leaving for Christmas stuff this weekend. So, I won't be able to seed the sets reliably, if at all, for the next few days. Sorry for the difficulty this may cause. Hopefully someone will step up to the plate, and seed while I'm away. Just a heads up for those concerned.

- You guys might wanna consider http://www.filefront.com/ as an alternative (for non-torrent downloads).
I saw some people on the generation trance forums use it and it seemed to work well, there's no quota limits or restrictions on the number of files you can dl at once. The only limit is that it only allows you one thread per file (it does support DL managers tho).
