What is the different between vgmstream-r659M-insane.zip and vgmstream-r659-test.zip ?

659"M" means only that it is the 659, but a bit modified, nothing more.. maybe loop point detection correction or whatever!

Well, for one thing, it's INSANE!?!?
I changed the sample rate sanity check to allow up to 192khz (previously it was up to 96khz). I didn't intend to incorporate this permanently into the program, so I just uploaded a one-off build.
