Or documentation for the creation/ripping of such formats? I know there's some NSF/e and PSF docs out there, but someone has to have gathered all that they could find together in one place, right?
Mainly I want to reassure myself that I'm not going to be able to magically create a Neo Geo Pocket (Color) format out of thin air and no experience.
Although not complete, I put together a small collection of specs while building VGMToolbox. Grab them from my old page here. Good luck with the NGP(C) format.
