Dear HCS forum,

I'm a great fan of your huge soundfiles collection and the vgmstream plugin.

Fusion 3.63 for non-YM2413-VGM.
Hoot for old, Japanese computer, FM stuff.
m1 1078a10 rarely for arcade stuff.

These are the most accurate plugins for their respective formats. MGME has the best SPC playback. No good plugin for VGM exists, but I kept the crappy old MAME core in there until a respectable plugin emerges (*cough* MYSTERIOUS PLUGIN GUY, it would use the genplus-gx core).

Your mom.

Right now: Due to using someone else's computer, I don't have access to my over 20 plugins.

my list was pretty much the same with the exception that i used nsfplug rather than nez for nsfs (and nez for everything else it supported.) using fb2k now though, and aside from a few minor formats and things not being supported, everything else is better.

I think kode uses Eke's stuff. Why don't ask him for the code then I can do a proper compile? :) Why waste reinventing the wheel when someone has already done it for GME?
by Hotcakes at 8:28 PM EST on December 11, 2009
@nensondubbydude: By that I meant I don't enjoy listening to them so having them in my playlist was just a pain.

:(

Hey, forgot foo_gep was GME. The question is what versions are the components/what modifications have been made. Documentation would be nice.

READMEs are fun.
by mudlord at 8:31 PM EST on December 12, 2009
I know the modifications..
They are awesome.
Can't give out ver numbers of GME, NDA.
by SmartOne at 11:46 AM EST on December 13, 2009
Secrets aren't very fun. :(

I can tell foo_gep isn't using eke's latest core simply because the SSG-EG is lacking (Phantasy Star II).
