I have here two samples from blood omen 2 one file from ps2 and the other xbox.

I assumed the ps2's interleave is 4000, its the closest i could get but not quite right.

The xbox sample the start stream should be at 800 like the other ones but won't decode with alpah's xbox adpcm script or genh.

any help on decoding these formats will be appreciated. :)

Not sure about the Xbox file (even though it should be Xbox IMA or IMA in general, based one what the data looks like). The PS2 file is mono.

Legacy of Kain (PS2) has been ripped by Cerberus. His rip uses the .rkv extension. You may want to try the original files on disc, using that extension. Didn't look at the XBOX stuff.
