Is there a Diddy Kong Racing DS rip at all? by TheUltimateKoopa at 11:47 AM EDT on July 23, 2011
There's nothing on JoshW's 2sf page.

Why not rip it yourself?

If I knew how to do that, would I ask? Think, man. Also, remember when you sent me a PM asking if I wanted to learn how to rip things?

There's still no logical explanation as to why no one has even attempted to rip this game, or is there?

Works fine with VGMToolbox's NDSto2SF. You should try that.

Yeah... but I wanted to convert them, and then tag them, because someone wanted a soundtrack specifically of the DS version, and I haven't got a clue what most of the tunes are called, or where they're played.

I have ripped it myself, and the reason why I haven't bothered tagging most or uploading it is twofold:

1.) The game has a track ending theme for EACH track, so I was at a loss as to how to name them, especially as most of them are similar / the same.
2.) The game IS NOT currently compatible with the current 2SF driver despite what most people seem to think. Yes the music plays, but on the first loop back instruments drop out on certain tracks which sounds horrid.

Well that explains a lot :P

I do have another question, but regarding the minigsf rip of Donkey Kong Country 3. I can't remember the name of the actual tune, but it plays on stages like Bobbing Barrel Brawl. There's a different theme for the underwater (which contains a harp and other instruments), and one for the land (which contains wildlife noises, with some drums), however, these are both played at the same time. Is it possible to separate these?
