Headerless ATRAC3

ok i'm officially stumped, non plus atrac3 right? i've tried different standard atrac3/+ header creator scripts and tools, none of them seem to like it, and soundforge always import empty audio.

My bad, just had to tweak the bitrate to 105 in the bms script, thanks and sorry for my incompetence.

S'alright. ATRAC3/plus isn't exactly the common man's easy format anyway.

Ok, new question: does anyone know of a way to decode the mono ATRAC3? You can kinda tell some of the bits are supposed to be mono particularly the bullet impacts and weapon reloads, they play way too fast and the stereo panning is funky for stereo, almost like the left and right are offset from each other. Some on Xentax mentioned that the ps3 and psp can use mono atrac3, and multichannel too, but the pc codec's don't seem to like it be it in goldwave or sony soundforge. Alphatwentythree mentioned this:

"I know that it doesn't read the channels because the standard atrac format only support stereo - or at least SoundForge only supports stereo files... I'm a bit confused of all these mono and multichannel atrac files. I currently don' know how to handle them, maybe there's a way to split the channels. Will try around with them some day."

I've managed to decode mono ATRAC3 before. SF can decode it but I don't remember how I did it :/
