The Official DSP Distribution Thread by marioman at 6:30 AM EST on November 22, 2005
Since hcs wants the in_dsp thread to only contain comments about the plugin and the DSP forum has been taken down, I figured that I better start this.
I guess I didn't really understand how big DSPs are. I just got the Star Fox Assault soundtrack (big thanks to Mouser X), and the whole thing spans a whopping 188 MB. When you guys said that the DSPs were big, I thought that you meant as bug as a GYM log. However, the STA DSPs are almost as big as my WHOLE GYM collection.
In light if this "significant" discovery. (I guess I was asleep when you guys were discussing file size.) I am going to revise my DSP wishlist, not only to save my HD space, but also to make your guys lives easier. Here is my revised list:
Super Monkey Ball (Entire soundtrack) Super Monkey Ball 2 (Entire soundtrack) Luigi's Mansion (E. Gadd's Lab and Gameboy Horror Themes Only)
I may ask for more later, but this is all for now. The list mostly consists of soundtracks that I already have on low-quality MP3, but I would like to get them in a higher-quality format. (ie. No sound effects in the music.)
Thanks for your help. I hope to get these soon.
Anyone else interested in sending/receiving DSPs feel free to post here - this isn't my personal thread.
Yes, I saw it. The situation is that hcs wanted discussions about which DSP sets to distribute in a thread other than the current in_dsp thread. (He wants the in_dsp thread to be reserved for plugin discussion only.) So, here is the place to discuss such things.
Since we've got a distribution thread now, this would be a good place to point out that there's now a torrent up for the Sonic Adventure DX Director's Cut ADXs.
For those wondering, I enjoyed the Sonic Adventure ADXs more than the Sonic Adventure 2 ones. Both were good though. Out of those available, I think I like Star Fox: Assualt the most. However, Metroid Prime, Sonic Adventure DX, and Super Smash Brothers Melee about tie. All the others are pretty good, but it's hard to rank them because they're all so close.
On a side note, I'd like some opinions on this. Though I don't have them, and most likely won't be getting them soon, I'm considering torrenting the Sonic Heroes ADX files. But, as was pointed out, the GC version (the one I have easiest access to) is 32hz, whereas the Xbox version is 48hz. I assume the PS2 would be the same as the Xbox version, so if I ripped the higher quality files, I'd do it from the PS2 version. The quesstion though, is whether you'd prefer larger, higher quality files (I don't know their size, but I'm guessing it would be close, or in excess of, 500mb), or smaller, 32hz files. One is easier to get, and distribute, and store. The other is bigger, but sounds better (though by how much I don't know). What are you're thoughts? Thanks in advance for any input you may have. Mouser X over and out.
2 new torrents up. This time, both from Shadow the Hedgehog for the Gamecube. While some might complain that the GC version has lower quality audio, I don't think that's the case for this game. According to the tools I used, the ADX files are 48hz. Also, the reason there's 2 torrents is because I figured I should give people a choice. The bigger one contains the music (as it says) and the smaller one contains voice overs with slight background music and noise to them.
If you look at the descriptions of the torrents, you'll notice that some of the files don't play properly. Sorry about that, but I did test them, and they are valid (and will playback with Cinepak). So, anyway, enjoy! Mouser X over and out.
I recently got the audio files from Sonic Heroes for the Gamecube. The ADX files for it total 216mb. However, it's 32khz, as opposed to 48khz (which I'm pretty sure the PS2 has, based on what was said about the Xbox version). The question I have is, should I just torrent it as is, or should I look for the 48khz files? Keep in mind that I'm not even sure I can get the game to rip it, and that they'll be noticeably bigger (I'm guessing it will add somewhat less than 200mb onto the current size. Keep in mind that is a guess, so it might be more, or even less).
Anyway, your input on this would be nice. I hope to be able to seed it soon, so let me know your preferance. Seed now at 32khz, or (possibly?) seed later at 48khz and increased file size? Thanks in advance for anything you may have to add.
[EDIT]
OH YAH!!! I just finished downloading Fire Emblem: (Whatever the subtitle is...) for the GC, and it uses STMs, like Paper Mario 2 did. So, after renaming them to DSP, they work GREAT!!! Here's an interesting note. If you push ALT+3 after selecting the song in Winamp's playlist, it says "Paper Mario 2 (STM) header type." Anyway, I'll be starting a torrent soon, but I might go to bed first... Mouser X over and out.

I've uploaded, and am seeding, torrents for Sonic Heroes (GC ADX), and Sonic GEMs. Please help these torrents out. As for the Shadow torrent, I'm sorry it's not seeding well. On the positive side, I've been able to get someone else to help seed. Hopefully, all goes well with that. Good luck, and I hope you enjoy! Mouser X over and out.
As of this writing, I have Super Monkey Ball 2 on it's way. As for whether it contains playable audio files, I have yet to find out. I've been working on that one for at least the last 2 days (my 'net connection was being a serious pain, which canceled my downloads...).
However, the point of this post is actually for HCS. I think I've noticed a bug in the tacker. So far, it hasn't been a major cause of concern because I don't think it effects the functionality of the tracker. The problem is that, for some reason, it's not getting rid of duplicate/dead entries. There's one torrent where, even though I'm running only 1 BitTorrent client, it has me listed as a seed 6 times. On top of that, I know for certain that at least 1/2 of the IPs listed are dead, because it's my IP, but I'm not connected under that account right now, and yet it still lists me as a seeder... I've started noticing this increasingly on the torrents. I think what the problem is, is that when I lose connection (ping timeout, or somesuch thing) my client either doesn't send a signal saying I'm getting off, or the tracker thinks I'm still on, because I never "left" of my own accord.
Of course, I could be way off on this one. I just thought it would be important to get rid of all the "ghost" seeds and such. Nonetheless, thank you very much for your awesome services. I'd just like to add that, according to my torrenting client, I am currently seeding the Sonic Heroes ADX files (from the USA NTSC version) to someone in Japan. I thought that was funny, in a way, since the vocal songs will be in English.
Anyway, if all goes well, I'll be able to start a torrent for Super Monkey Ball 2 (if the audio files can indeed be ripped) soon, and (with A LOT of luck) F-Zero GX. And, maybe even the "Lego Star Wars" game (hey, it's a great game). Oh, and if anyone wants it (you'll need to actually request this one), I can start a torrent for Donkey Konga DSPs, and Donkey Konga 2 DSPs. However, in my personal opinion, I didn't think they were worth torrenting. If you really want them (or specific songs in them, as that might be better), ask, and I'll see what I can do.
As for Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance, the DSPs mostly work, but there's some that are pretty messed up. I'll torrent it as soon as that issue is cleared up. Anyway, I hope you enjoy what's up right now. Mouser X over and out.
I'm aware of things not cleaning up properly, this is because I disabled the cleanup function because it was removing torrents, not just peers. I'll look into reenabling it. There. Idle peers will be removed from the list. I lengthened the time for unseeded torrents to stick around to four years, rather than four hours, so I think we're covered there. This might have been deleterious to performance, as the tracker will not give you *all* peers, just a random subset, so the more dead IPs on the list the longer you'd need to wait for a connection. I think. It does show that we're not nearly as well-seeded as we'd thought.
I'll take a look at the Fire Emblem STMs when I get back to school (some time today).
Well, Super Monkey Ball 2 is done. I find this strange, but it uses at least 3 different formats for its audio. It uses ADX, which works fine, DSP, which so far works fine, and ADP. Since ADP doesn't work yet, I won't be torrenting that (unless specifically requested). The DSPs, however, are quite large. 209mb for the "stream" bit, and 101 for the "stream_fx" which is the sound FX, if you couldn't guess. I don't think I'm going to torrent the sound fx unless requested. If I torrent the ADX files with the music DSPs, it will be 244mb. That's what I plan on doing. Anyone have anything to add? Remove stuff? Add stuff? I'll be posting the torrents later today.
As for F-Zero GX, I was pretty lucky, but not enough. I'm 47mb short of completing the thing, and I have to wait in line again for at least some number of hours. Hopefully it will finish soon, as I'd really like to get a torrent out of those.
Anyway, feedback is appreciated. Thanks in advance for anything you might have to add. I hope you enjoy the sets out now, and that you'll enjoy those to come. Mouser X over and out.
Thank you for working on the Super Monkey Ball 2 DSPs. I can't wait to get them.
I believe that torrenting only the music will be sufficient. The SE on this game weren't that great anyway.
I guess that since ADP does not work they should not need to be distributed now. What kind of data do you think they contain? (Music, SE, etc.) Then again, if they contain music then it may be a good idea to go ahead an distribute them because I am sure that hcs will eventually add support for them to the DSP plugin. But, it all comes down to whatever works for you.
Again, thanks a lot. I will be excitedly waiting for them to be uploaded.
The ADP files in Super Monkey Ball 2 seem to be mostly music files. However, based on file sizes, I'm not completly sure on that. There is a utility that can convert ADP into WAV, but when doing so, it makes a 3-4mb file into a 13-14mb file. A link to it can be found on the in_dsp page. It's called Cube2wav.
With all of the audio files (ADX, ADP, DSP, minus SFX), it's 267mb for the whole thing. Considering how many times Sonic Adventure 2 ADX files were downloaded (based on the count kept by the tracker), and the number of times the "missing files" for SA2 were downloaded, I think that I'll include the ADP files into the torrent, with a note of what they are, and how to convert them to playable form. If you don't want the ADP files yet, I'd recomend you get a BitTorrent client that can select what files to, and not to, download. BitTornado, Azureus, ABC, BitComet (I think), and ?Torrent can all do this.
Since the Super Monkey Ball 2 DSPs were pretty good, I went ahead and started Super Monkey Ball 1. It's more than 50% done, but I don't know how well the next 50% will come along. Again, I don't know what audio type it uses, so don't get your hopes up yet. I just thought that you (specifically marioman) might like to know.
[EDIT] The torrents to F-Zero GX and Super Monkey Ball 2 are now up. I hope you enjoy! Both of these are pretty good. Hopefully these torrents work for you (the creation of the Super Monkey Ball 2 torrent gave me problems). For those of you who have been looking forward to this, I highly recommend you use the torrents. Good luck with these.
[EDIT2] Emil007 said: "just got mail from nintendo, i've asked if it is illegal to rip the music out of gamecube-games and play them in winampo. They said it is legal as long as i dont use it for commercial things... Kinda interesting i think :)"
Emil007 just put up a bunch of new torrents, for which I am very grateful, but Network Transmission has files created using dkdsp to combine the right and left channels. dkdsp is not intended for use on looping files, and thus these files to not loop properly, if at all.
Er, on a few seconds of further thought, Network Transmission doesn't loop anyway in the current version of in_dsp. Nothing to see here.
After downloading a few files from Battatlion Wars, I can say that, even when a file sounds like it should loop (and it's named such, "Title_Loop.dsp" for example) it doesn't loop. This set also had the right and left channels combined, and doesn't loop as it should. That's just to keep people aware that this might not be what you were expecting. Mouser X over and out.
I'd delete them. I know I won't be getting Battalion Wars unless I download it myself, or if you put up a new set. It doesn't sound right if they don't loop when they're obviously supposed to.
However, I must say, thanks for the Custom Robo and Kirby's Air Ride rips. I'm still working on getting them, but I'm looking forward to it. Mouser X over and out.
If you add only one, then it will be "flat," spatially speaking, because you'd be removing either the right, or left channel of that track. Without both "R" and "L" files present, the stereo effect is lost. Basically, just leave it the way it was when you pulled it out of the GC image.
To get an idea of what I'm talking about, why don't you rename some of the files so that they no longer match, and listen to it then, and compare it to when both files are present. There's a huge difference (at least there was for Metroid Prime). Also, it's wise to give all the tracks a breif listen through before you torrent them, in case any of the files have some problems. Again, thanks for the new sets. Good luck with this, and I look forward to more. Mouser X over and out.
Alright, I got the Super Monkey Ball 2 DSPs, and they sound GREAT. Thanks you for making them available Mouser X.
[rant] Just a note about Super Monkey Ball 2, if any of you have an opportunity to play it, be sure to do so. Although the game may seem it was designed for 8-year-olds, I would challenge any kid under the age of 10 to beat it. The game is incredibly challenging, and is a lot of fun. One of the most amazing parts of the game is the backgrounds. They are very complex, and they are almost as interesting as the levels themselves. There is also a lot to be said about the music - it fits the levels perfectly. Anyway, enugh of that. [/rant]
Thanks again Mouser X, and I will keep an eye out for that SMB 1 torrent.
I have finished downloading Super Monkey Ball 1, but I haven't started a torrent because the audio it uses is currently not supported. I'd rather wait a bit to see how that turns out before I start a torrent of it. Sorry.
Other than Luigi's Mansion (which I've seen, but haven't gotten yet), is there anything else others may want? Currently, some soon to be available sets would be Mega Man X: Command Mission (if all goes well, I'll have 2 pieces left to download by the end of today), Lego Star Wars (It's a great game, and it's smaller than the PC version, so I figured why not?), and, maybe, Skies of Arcadia Legends. I've heard it uses DSP, so I'm downloading it to find out just how much it has.
The biggest problem I'm running into now is hardrive space... If you've downloaded some of these audio sets, please help seed. I need to get rid of some of these sets off my drive, and I can't do that if I keep seeding. Thanks in advance. Mouser X over and out.
by unknownfile at 7:29 AM EST on November 29, 2005
I will see what I can do as far as seeding goes. My connection is not that fast. (It took me 3.5 hours to get SMB2.)
Have you notified hcs about the format of the SMB music? Does he think that it will be supported soon?
I cannot think of any particular DSPs at the moment that I would like to have outside of Luigi's Mansion and Super Monkey Ball. Thanks for the offer though.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention. That comment about by Nintendo about music ripping was neat. I wish that they had the same feelings toward ROMs. :)
Mouser X, just out of curiosity, specifically what format does Super Monkey Ball use? Will the new in_cube plugin be able to play it? Just wondering. Thanks.
Super Monkey Ball ADP torrent up. Please note that in the current form, these files cannot be looped. Also, keep an eye open for future versions of in_cube. I'm sure that it will still recieve improvements.
[EDIT] I just got verification on Fire Emblem. Apparently, there's a couple of files that are actually messed up on the GC disk itself. I've included a text file explaining the problem. Anyway, please enjoy the DSPs to Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. Mouser X over and out.
Got it. Thanks Mouser X. Well, that finishes my search for SMB music. Thanks a lot.
Now, the ONLY other DSP soundtrack that I am interested in is Luigi's Mansion. (And not even all of it.) So, just to let you know, if you do run across it I will be interested.
Great PokeParadox! If you can start a torrent of the Luigi's Mansion DSPs, I will definitely download the files. I would doubt that they are too big - most DSP sets are fairly big anyway. Thanks for you help - I will be interested in how it turns out.
So....does that mean that they cannot be played with in_cube? If so, do not worry about it. I do not want them THAT badly. If in_cube ever gets that high-tech, I might pursue it at that time.
There's a torrent up for the 4 songs in Skies of Arcadia that are streamed. Sadly, the rest of the songs are sequenced. If there's anyone (please let there be someone who can interpret those sequencing files) who would like to take a look at some of those, please just ask. Because they're of the "R" and "L" variety, there's 8 files in the torrent. Remember, both are needed to playback in stereo.
Anyway, please enjoy. Mouser X over and out.

Hi, these DSP rips sound like a revolution in listening to GC music, so thanks a million for all the efforts!
Any news on rips for Resident Evil 1 Remake and Eternal Darkness ?

CRI Middleware by Vague Rant at 1:40 AM EST on December 4, 2005
Hey guys. I was fooling around on Google looking for stuff about the ADX format used in many of Sega's games (and supported by in_cube), and I came across the site of CRI Middleware, the guys whose format ADX is. A page on their site lists over a thousand games which incorporate CRI's software--keep in mind, they have more than just the ADX format, so not all games on the list have ADX audio--which I thought some of you might be interested in. So, here it is:
Any news on rips for Resident Evil 1 Remake and Eternal Darkness ?
I can certainly rip them... my problems lie in distribution I'm afraid... (Yousendit just doesn't seem to like me at uni.) I have thought of one possible solution. I could put anything I rip up on my own webspace for one person to download and seed on bittorrent. If anyone is interested in being my DSP seeder then this way might actually work! I obviously wouldn't want the urls made public.
pokeparadox@gmail.com for anyone that wants to get in touch about this...
A bunch of new torrents. by Mouser X at 8:25 PM EST on December 4, 2005
There's a bunch of new torrents up. Two Bomberman games, Megaman X8 (uploaded by Sir-Sabin, torrented by me), Bust a Move 3000 (also upped by Sir-Sabin), Hello Kitty Roller Rescue (Also upped by Sir-Sabin), and Phantasy Star Online 1&2.
If you don't want to use the torrents, there's Rapidshare links for all 3 of the sets uploaded by Sir-Sabin. However, I only have links for Megaman X8 right now (I don't keep logs of the chat...). You can find the links in the comments of the torrents. Please enjoy! Mouser X over and out.
The "missing" tracks aren't DSP. They're RSF, and HCS has no way to figure out how to play them. And, there's actually 4. Title screen, menu screen, Samus special, and Credits. If you want, you can find the missing tracks here.
Just so you know, support for the RSF files is unlikely, but it is certainly wanted. If you read through the in_dsp thread, this has already been discussed. So, no, it's not a prelim rip. It's got everything that's worth sending. I hope that helps and answers your question. Mouser X over and out.
Also, I noticed a reeealy slight problem still in Fire Emblem, in "gcfe bgm evt heron2 32k.dsp" during the 24th second (and again at 49 seconds) there is a slight "dit" in the left channel. It is only noticable because there is silence during the loop.
EDIT: I just realised something on visiting the tracker page... You upload the files to the tracker? I thought a tracker just had info to download a file from a seed, I didn't think you could actually upload files to it... I might be able to just upload any rips to it? I won't be able to seed though.
PokeParadox: The tracker only takes the *.torrent file for upload. It needs this file to know what it's supposed to keep track of. So, no, you can't really upload anything to it, except for the torrent file so that people can download it, and so that the tracker can keep track of it. I hope that answers any questions you may have had. Mouser X out.
Thanks for the info Mouser X, I guess this RSF must be some in-house Retro Studios File format perhaps? I did manage to open frontend_1.rsf in Audacity as raw and you can kinda hear the title music with the data noise too (8bit signed, 8khz, no endiness), I guess someone smart will probably have to debug some gamecube player code to figure it out eek! :\
RAR contains: Mario Kart: Double Dash - Theme - From the Bonus Disc. Zelda OoT and MQ - Menu - From the special pre-order disc for Wind Waker that contains a port of OoT and never release MQ on the N64. "GCN Theme" - Also from the special pre-order disc for Wind Waker. I just called it "GCN Theme" because there's a computer voice that keeps saying "Nintendo GameCube" and it looks like it was done on FL Studio. XD
I simply removed all of the monaural (non-stereo) files. It should be exactly the same as the previous torrent, except half the size, half the files, and no wasted space on mono files.
If you got the torrent before I put up the fix, don't worry. You've got everything, and the fixed version has nothing to offer you. In case you're still concerned, do a "sort by file size" on the ADPs, and you'll notice that every file has a counterpart that has the same filename, + "m" for monaural. I just removed all of the "m" files. I was unaware of this problem until recently, otherwise I would have put up a fix sooner. I hope that answers your question. Mouser X over and out.
{EDIT} Spelling. It was probably due to the acting I used to do... And, apparently I still had it wrong.

just so ya know by hcs at 4:36 PM EST on December 6, 2005
I've just put up a new torrent for Dragon Ball Z Sagas. These were uploaded by Sir-Sabin, and torrented by me. If you prefer direct download, there's links in the torrent details to where they're stored. Hope you enjoy. Mouser X over and out.
Since there's already a Soul Calibur 2 soundtrack I don't think there needs to be an ADX rip of it...BUT for the GameCube version there was the Legend of Zelda theme and Link's victory music. So download via...
I downloaded Jet Set Radio (AKA Jet Grind Radio) and it's mostly ADX, with some AFS. However, some (all? I haven't tried them all yet) of the AFSs don't include ADXs, but have .raw files, instead. I'm intending to send some to hcs if he ever wakes up.
EDIT: OK, I've got all the ADXs, and separated them into voice and music. I'll probably do a torrent of each, but it will be tomorrow, since it's fairly late now and I wouldn't get much seeding done anyhow.
edited 6:43 AM EST December 8, 2005
EDIT2: OK, so I ended up doing it tonight, anyway, but I'm only gonna be around for the next twenty minutes or so. Otherwise, wait 'til tomorrow.
Phantasy Star Online Episode III ADX files are up. However, this is an incomplete rip because the only image I had access to was corrupt. So, any files starting with "s" and on down are completly empty. That's 159mb worth of data, for those wondering.
Please see "info.txt" in the torrent for more info. However, if you come across the "RARE" JPN release of the GC rip, please make a note of it here so that this set can be completed. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer, and please enjoy! Mouser X over and out.
[EDIT] Oops. RARE did the JPN version, not the PAL version. Please take note of that, as it's wrong in the "info.txt" file as well.
Sorry about the Super Mario Sunshine AWs, I included some files that aren't needed. In addition to this, my computer has been bluescreening a lot recently so I can't really have time to seed them. A new version should be up this weekend...I hope.
For those of you wondering, I've stopped seeding on multiple torrents to free up bandwidth for others. Don't worry, I'll be back on them soon enough. Again, please help seed when possible. Thanks again. Mouser X out.
by unknownfile at 12:49 PM EST on December 9, 2005
I downloaded Crazy Taxi. The complete set of music is under 30MB. There are 699 voice samples, but I don't know if I'll bother torrenting them. There are a lot of dupes in there, and I can't be assed going through them all. It's only 12.2MB if anyone needs them desperately, I can probably send them over MSN or something. One interesting thing, though, was a sound bite which claimed to play for 1623 minutes and eleven seconds. Winamp skips over it.
The file in question. (Don't download it expecting anything at all. I'm just hosting it in case hcs wants a look.)
Anyway, the Taxi music torrent will be up tomorrow. I also have Sonic Shuffle on its way. The odds are rather high that it'll be ADX, too, so it shouldn't be too long before that's up as well.
by unknownfile at 8:23 AM EST on December 11, 2005
Sonic Shuffle, as I have seen it so far, does not use ADX.
I got that Crazy Taxi file working, the problem was it was < 4 KB and I read 4 KB in an attempt to get the header, failing if it cannot. It's been changed.
by unknownfile at 9:55 AM EST on December 11, 2005
Sonic Mega Collection (GC) uses headered ADX files, we're working that out now.
In the meantime, go get Ecco the Dolphin Defender of the Future ADXes, which are up on the trackz0r now.
Just to inform those who are currently downloading, I'm on a connection that has terrible upload speeds (we're talking 10k, if I'm really lucky). The reason I bring this up is because I found a complete PSO 3 image, but to download it, I need to keep a good ratio on the tracker. To do that requires that I discontinue my seedings until further notice. Don't worry, I'll be back, just be patient. Mouser X out.
I just put up a torrent for Cubivore, for anyone curious. Only 14.8 MB... funny little tunes.

At some point I realized there's a port of Crazy Taxi for GameCube, and it probably has better quality audio. So I won't bother torrenting it at all unless people specifically want it.
Does it seem that your rip is more complete? The Crazy Taxi rip from Gamecube is 48KHz, so probably higher than what you have, but it is ADP, so there is no looping. It may be worth having for the smaller size and looping.
Here are some files from Sonic Shuffle. I believe there is audio on the disc that isn't ADX, but here's a sampling of the ones that I think might be ADX. This guess is based solely on the fact that they contain the string "(c)cri". (That and that one of them has ADX in the filename.) I grabbed one file from each folder which contained such files, except for the \MOVIE\ folder, because a) they were probably CRI Sofdec and b) they were freaking huge.
Understand that these don't play with in_cube at present. And my bandwidth sucks. So if you're just downloading for kicks, go home.
Extracts ADX files from any file containing them. I tried it on the ADXVOICE.MDT and it seems to work alright. Seems to work on an AFS I tested with, too, though afs2adx seems to put some more zeroes on the end of the file than the ADX actually needs. Also, my numbers are in hex... might want to change that.
edited 11:39 AM EST December 15, 2005
This is the first step (well, after SSMEx) towards handling some of the many packed formats out there. I've got to do some more work on the DSP ones (such as the aforementioned inaccurate SSMEx).
I ended up sticking Crazy Taxi up anyway. They're 44100Hz, and a couple of them (literally, two) loop, so if you've been after that, congratulations. I haven't heard the GC ADPs, so I don't know how these compare, or whether they're even the same songs, but yeah. They're under 30MB, so, hooray.
I have the Dragon Ball Z Budokai 2 ADXs now (from the GC version), but it seems like there are duplicates of nine tracks. Now this isn't as simple as them being byte-for-byte copies, it seems as if one set has had some sort of filter applied, and is a few hundred KB shorter.
Should I include both in the torrent? The rest are 351 MB, these 9 tracks would take another 70 MB.
The Ecco ADX's seem to be mono, but the Dreamcast ADX files ripped to mp3 on another site are stereo, is there a problem with the files or the playback?
I should have mentioned this sooner. I've obtained a non-corrupt copy of Phantasy Star Online 3, and have put up a completed torrent of the ADXs. This is the biggest set yet, at 613mb. I would have compressed it, but if you downladed the previous set (the inclomplete one), then when you start this torrent, you'll be 73% done already (make sure to download into the same directory, of course).
Anyway, please enjoy the newly completed set. It's pretty good. Mouser X over and out.
I'm just posting this to let you know that I'll be leaving for Christmas stuff this weekend. So, I won't be able to seed the sets reliably, if at all, for the next few days. Sorry for the difficulty this may cause. Hopefully someone will step up to the plate, and seed while I'm away. Just a heads up for those concerned.
You guys might wanna consider http://www.filefront.com/ as an alternative (for non-torrent downloads). I saw some people on the generation trance forums use it and it seemed to work well, there's no quota limits or restrictions on the number of files you can dl at once. The only limit is that it only allows you one thread per file (it does support DL managers tho).
