"CRIADX_35.adx" looks like it was ripped from a movie file (*.sfd). To listen to those you need to use a demuxer. Use VGMToolbox to demultiplex the .SFD file.

How do i convert the bin files to wav?
CRIADX_12_000001C0.bin
CRIADX_22_000001C0.bin
CRIADX_32_000001C0.bin
CRIADX_42_000001C0.bin
CRIADX_52_000001C0.bin

Not sure, VGMToolbox uses the .bin extension for file types it does not recognize. Can you upload some samples please? Also, please upload the original .SFD files if that is what you extracted the data from.

The .SFD files seem to demux fine. I don't know what that other stuff is. Did you try to extract data from an .IRX file?

Anyhow, good luck!

Those bin files are probably just adx files with a .bin extension. Just change .bin to .adx and see if it plays, I've encountered adx files in that format before.
Comment extraire un rom PS2 by Vravolmardo at 8:18 AM EST on December 22, 2012
Pour extraire le rom de PS2, il faut un logiciel qui se nomme PSound.exe - pour extraire les fichiers sonore en wav, mais c'est en anglais.
