So it looks like the Sony code is removed but it's not done properly to be an open source decoder, I get that impression by reading the thread, I know shit about reversed engineering... and programming as a whole lol:

Looks like MinGW can compile mini player, though IO haven't test if the compiled .exe properly working.

Compiled mini player for windows yesterday(MinGW, like I said). It worked well(note it's a command-line player) for 2ch .at3, but will show error message on 6ch .at3....
