Hello, Winamp won't load the vgmstream plugin. It says "Not loaded" in "Plugins". What can I do for resolve this?

Place these DLLs in the same folder as winamp.exe.

Thanks man! And Also, because there is not the possibility to send a PM, how to open .bfsar .bfstm .bcstm etc please? The Wii U Gamerips file?

I'm not sure if those are supported yet(edit: NEVERMIND, they probably are), but you could just try dragging them into winamp.

hi!, I have a different problem. Winamp does not start or crashes (with the splash screen).

place the "in_vgmstream.dll" file in the "Plugins" folder and external dlls in the same folder as "winamp.exe". but still does not work.

What is it that is missing? vc runtimes, extra dlls ???

I have winamp 5.66 (last). windows 8.1 x64

took several years using in_cube because if I work :/

you say you have winamp 5.66, but the latest current version is winamp 5.666 (build 3516).

I had the same problem as you, with vgmstream preventing winamp from starting up somehow, but using the latest versions of both winamp and vgmstream fixed it.

Try downgrading your Winamp version. 5.3 works.

5.666 build 3516 (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=374929#download) + update patches (http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?t=373755#updates) is what should be used (and definitely not the mad suggestion made above to use an 8yr old version).

as there were issues with the 5.66 release (and earlier 5.x releases) which cause issues with recent vgmstream builds which should not be an issue when using the current Winamp release (since there were specific changes made in the final 5.66x builds to ensure vgmstream would work with it).
