I'd be stating the obvious if I said "Yes, I know what type of file this is. It's a "bin" file, which is short for "binary". Other than that, no idea.

Also, responding with a non-answer is better than not responding, it at least means someone has acknowledged your topic exists.

In general, you should say where it's from, just in case someone has already checked out something like this. I currently have no idea what it is, but it looks like it might hold some audio samples. I just see a sample rate of 22050 and then 44.1 kHz at the start of this.
