Use this xWMA encoder/decoder :)

The only thing you have to check for is the sample rate of the audio files in a hex editor. Then make sure the .bat file matches the sample rate of the files you want to convert.

They will most likely be either 80BB (48000 Hz) or 44AC (44100 Hz).
