SPC - tool for batch tagging and timing? by valiant at 4:51 PM EST on February 16, 2007

I guess this may be the best forum to ask that because it is the most technical oriented message board about VGM I know.

Anyway, is there a batch tool for tagging and timing SPC files? Something along the lines of PSFpoint, just for SPCs.
The only thing I could find was SPC-Edit but I can't get it to run at the moment and won't try to solve the problem as it seems to not have batch support either.

I have not seen, nor ear has heard, a batch SPC tagger. So it is written in the books of hcs.
