Hi, you guys are the ones that can normally help me with this kind of thing...

I'm looking for that tool that lets you view the file structure of NDS ROMs and extract/import them.

(The reason I want to do this is because BleachDS has finally been released in English... but obviously the voices are dubbed... I hate that >_> So I want to hopefully swap the files from the Japanese version into the USA version...)

After doing a brief Google search, this is what I came up with. Hopefully some of these links will be useful (I only checked two of the links listed).

NDStool: Apparently can view headers, fix CRCs, and extract files. I listed this first, since it's probably the most useful for you.

http://zerohaven.com/ds/wiki - Didn't check it. I'm guessing it's a Wiki link, so it might be useful.
http://fileforums.com/showthread.php?t=69837 - This is where I got most of the above links. I figured I'd post this link though, because they've got a very large list to look at, and you might find something useful.

Anyway, I have no idea if any of that is what you're looking for, but it's probably a start. Mouser X over and out.

Although I don't want to self-advertise too much, NDSTool doesn't work on some games because of the way it completely recreates the file system.
If the game crashes after remaking the ROM using NDSTool you can use my own tool, Nitro Explorer: http://jul.rustedmagick.com/board/thread.php?id=963
