How to set In_Cube to 48Khz? by Franpa at 7:49 PM EST on March 2, 2008
How to set it to 48Khz? Sonic Heroes for the PC rip says 48Khz is best >.> is that what the songs recorded at? or are they recorded at 32Khz (the rate winamp plays it at)

For some reason I thought that the PC version was 32kHz. I could be wrong though.

the latest version of the player is a massive improvement over 0.23b3 :)

Whoever entered that data was probably wrong. Anyway, the Xbox version is 48k, but I am not sure where to get that rip.

The Gamecube version of Sonic Heroes is 32khz. That's what it was recorded at. The rip that's available on HCS's site is the Gamecube rip (I ripped it). The XBox version is reported as being 48khz, so I mentioned that (I don't know for myself). As you said, the PC version is reported as being 48khz. However, if you're using the PC ADXs, and Winamp says they're playing at 32khz, then whoever reported that would appear to be mistaken. You can't change the rate at which in_cube is played back at. It plays the files according to how it reads the header (unless the header is wrong/missing, as has happened in the past. But not with the ADX format).

Dumb question, but are you sure you got your ADXs from the PC version? If you got them off of HCS's site, then they're from the Gamecube. Sorry we couldn't help out more. Mouser X over and out.
