- Animal Crossing isn't streamed. It's sequenced. Not only that, but the original Animal Crossing was on the N64. I've never looked at it myself, but what I recall hearing was that the sequence data for Animal Crossing was either stored in a rather unique way, or that most of the game is, essentially, loaded from some sort of modified N64 ROM (possibly sequence data included).
As for the others, I don't know if they're streamed or not. Excluding the Dreamcast request, there's a fair chance they are streamed (and thus possibly rippable). Keep in mind, this is "The Official Streamed VGM Distribution Thread." I realize you probably don't know which games are sequenced, and which aren't, but just keep in mind that, if it's sequenced, it doesn't really belong here. Mouser X over and out.

- It's not ADX. It's ADX2 aka HCA.
No vgmstream support yet unless someone has CRI Atom Tools or CRI ADX2 SDK or would like to hunt for the decoder in either the XEX or EBOOT (both encrypted) from the XBLA or PSN versions.

- Xbox360 files are usually not encrypted. HCA files are not either. Im not sure if XEX files aren't since you can probably extract them with wx360 or the XDX SDK which is leaked.

A replacement SND0.at3 jingle for Fallout 3 (PS3) to take place of that boring old one that doesn't even contain the main theme, just ambience.
If you know how to replace the original SND0.at3, congrats.
If not, well tough luck. Maybe you can try adding this to your game save in the XMB.
And if you can't even do that, well, this isn't for you then :P

- [EDIT] I'm just going to rerip it from the ISO. That said, I'm still upset that I can't find the originals.... And, perhaps it should be put on the tracker for the benefit of others (I might be able to help seed it).
Well crud!!! I spent nearly an hour looking, and I can't find my copy of the Beyond Good and Evil rip. I have the ISO, so theoretically I could rip it myself (I did the first time.... I provided HCS the NGC and PC files so he could get it playable with in_cube/VGMstream). I also have an ADX/OGG conversion I did back in 2008 so I could listen to it in Rockbox, but I can't find the original files!
I'm really not happy that I have to request something that I originally helped get ripped in the first place.... >:( The only thing I can figure is that, theoretically, my ADX/OGG conversion is "superior" because the ones that are supposed to loop (ADX) do, and the ones that aren't(OGG), don't (I had to manually listen, and figure out which was which). Even so, why would I have gotten rid of the originals? That's not like me!
Anyway, if it could be posted on the tracker (or anywhere for that matter), I'd appreciate it. Mouser X over and out.

- You can convert ATRAC3plus to WAV using HiMD Renderer. You need to install Sonic Stage first.
For looping, arbingordon's at3plusloop.exe is the best tool. It will create .pos files that can be used in combination with the .wav. files from HiMD Renderer I'm not sure where he has it for download though.
