Man the mini boss theme in the new LOZLA game is a total let down for me, doesn't even compare to the overall greatness the original one had. Everything else seems to be sounding really good though! Still listening to the rest of the new OST tonight, thanks for the rip!
^Turns out sorting the files took less time than I thought, this time around (thankfully, the vast majority of them were just voices/SFX). It's nice when wwise can be reasonable, for a change. Anyway, more stuff to come later! ;)

^Thankfully, Inti used standard BFSTM this time around. Also, had to upload it in folder format due to me having a crappy connection once again, unfortunately. Otherwise, enjoy!

Thanks for the link!
However, I'm not sure how to get the files to work since they're in a weird format
by mariofan12ify at 9:18 AM EDT on September 25, 2019
Just use vgmstream with foobar2000 or winamp and they'll play properly.

@ChillyBilly
It's okay we can download the entire folder as a zip so thank you.
Edit : actually it's very slow. Can someone re-upload as 7z please ?

Thank you!
Your suggestion did the trick

Somebody feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe FSB5 stores loop points within the individual file headers. I'm not actually sure where the points are generally located, but regardless you'll need to make your own TXTP files to play the FSBs with proper looping support.

^Thankfully, this one wasn't too bad.... I think I managed to get rid of all the sfx, at least (though I left the bnks). Still, I swear this soundtrack is like 99% David Wise, lol (it basically feels like a "sequel" to Tropical Freeze, music-wise). Anyway, enjoy!
@blood_falcon: I haven't checked the Switch version of Burst, but if it's like the 3DS version, then the sound is most likely sequenced... if so, that would make ripping it a bit tricky. I'll take a look as soon as I get the chance, though.
^Unfortunately, none of the Dragon Quest sets are playable for the moment. They come in .wav files, but they seem to lack headers (maybe they're encrypted?). I already brought up the matter in the vgmstream thread though, so let's wait and see if something pulls through...

^But again, I feel fairly certain that this uses sequenced audio (the file sizes alone give pretty good indication of that). Still, anyone who can get anything playable out of them has my thanks!

Yeah, bro. It is very unfortunate that it is sequenced audio. It is very unfortunate though, none of the plugins etc can play those audio. But thank you for checking it. It is very unfortunate
Hyperforma (This one had quite a few files to go through..., and I think I may have overlooked an sfx file or three during the ripping process. And in case I did, I apologize!)
^Oh yeah, Toby Fox did the soundtrack for that one, right? In any case, I'll be sure to check it out! Thanks for this (as well as the new Mamotte Knight.... you can never have too much Yuzo Koshiro)! :)
^LOL, BX is probably gonna kill me for not organizing this one properly (there.... may be a few dupes mixed in there). These didn't have accompanying ACB files though, so I sorta had to dive into this one blind, heh. Anyway, might have a more sets up soonish, we'll see!
Listen, if you have the time to write a message like that and upload the set to your cloud, you also should be able to spare 5 minutes of your time to properly clean the set. It's not rocket science, really. There are tools that let you do it quite easily. No need to drive bx to the brink of a mental breakdown.

@Knurek/BX: Believe you me, the last thing I want is to give you guys a headache (I don't envy the herculean task you guys have overlooking all those sets), but the sad truth is that I don't always have enough time on my end to organize these sets as thoroughly as I'd like. Sure, I could just skip uploading the problematic ones altogether (and I sometimes do), but I guess I strongly feel that at least posting something is better than posting nothing at all, even if the end result comes out a little sloppy. That being said, I'll try to be more careful in the future.
And with that being said.... well, I brought up Digimon in the vgmstream thread. The only other set I have now is this:
Anyone happen to have a rip of A Knight's Quest by any chance? Quite suprising not to see it here or on the josh website yet since it is a Switch game that just came out last week and has a very beautiful soundtrack even reminiscent to the Zelda series, well that's my take from playing it! Honestly love the little gem.
A Knight's Quest (Unfortunately, this one has a track missing.... the short version of the "meadow" track. For some reason, the tools I used kept crashing every time I tried to extract that one file. If anyone else is able to nab that track with no issue, that would be swell!)
For example, you can do it in notepad and add the following (change the name depending on the file you’re using):
intro.wem loop.wem loop_start_segment = 2
then save it as whatever.txtp

Any update to report on M&S as mentioned a few weeks back? Is there still complications with the cue files? You seem to be about the only person currently looking into the music files for the game so was just curious to see if there was any update to give.

Sorry guys, no new sets from me this week (bit of a holiday break, you could say). In the meantime, I noticed a few past links of mine that may have been overlooked:
Billion Road (This set is encrypted... I had even posted about this a while back in the vgmstream thread. Even now they simply play with no sound for me...)
Super Mario Maker 2, 2.0 by threeblacknoises at 2:11 AM EST on December 9, 2019
Has anyone nabbed the new files from the SMM2 version 2.0 update? I've been watching some levels on youtube, and the new 8-bit remixes of popular Zelda tunes are not to be missed!
@ChillyBilly Thanks a bunch for the Impossible Lair upload! (So much good stuff here :D)
Just wondering though if you have any explanation at all as to why the files are split up the way they are (Same thing for a good portion of the first game's music as well) and how to make it all properly loop like in game, thanks! :)
New rips for Tetris 99 v2.10 by blood_falcon at 6:35 PM EST on December 13, 2019
Bro, there is a new update for Tetris 99 ver 2.10
Are you going to update the new songs from Kirby?
by ChillyBilly at 11:45 PM EST on December 14, 2019
@MoldyPond: Whenever it comes to wwise audio, I tend to leave the files exactly as I find them... though if there are xml files available (which Yooka-Laylee unfortunately lacked), I'll use those to give the files their proper names. I also use Ravioli Extractor to unpack BNK files, but that's it. Otherwise, any further editing (such as making looping tracks) would require txth/txtp files, and unfortunately I don't have the extra time to make those.... sorry. Hope that explanation helps!
Now what really needs an explanation is why looping music files seem to be getting worse and worse over time by splitting everything instead of having them be one file like they have been since the (technically) NES era :D

Happy holidays, guys! Got a few neat stocking stuffers to share:
@ChillyBilly sorry to bug you again about the Impossible Lair upload, but I've noticed while going through all the files that there seems to be a few missing things, mostly just starting intros to a few songs (Gasping Glade and the underwater version, t̶h̶e̶ ̶u̶n̶d̶e̶r̶w̶a̶t̶e̶r̶ ̶v̶e̶r̶s̶i̶o̶n̶ ̶o̶f̶ ̶P̶u̶m̶p̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶P̶l̶a̶n̶t̶ (found it by going through all the files again for the 800th time ;) , etc.) Just wondering if a few files might've been missed when you were doing the extraction :)
I've already tried extracting all the .bnk files but no luck there.

Yeah I've also noticed that a bunch of jingles are missing from the rip too.
@ChillyBilly Ok I went through the files of Impossible Lair one more time and what is 100% for sure missing are just the intros to the indoor section of Gasping Glade (There's no underwater version like I had thought earlier) and the underwater version of Turbine Trouble (It's possible neither of these might actually exist as both intros are only 5 and 7 seconds long respectively, and it's completely impossible to get to these areas quick enough in-game to hear them).
Sigh, literally the first file in the folder is the intro to Turbine Trouble, just didn't have my volume high enough to hear it, also found how to get underwater quickly enough in-game to confirm its existence. :(
Still no luck with the Indoor Gasping Glade intro though.
@MoldyPond: Sorry that I didn't catch your posts earlier (was out on vacation). I'll try giving Yooka-Laylee another look when I get the chance and see if I can find any missing tracks. Can't really guarantee how soon I can get back to you on that, though....
Puzzle & Dragons Gold (I'm not entirely sure I managed to extract all the Wwise tracks, which is why I included the original sound archives, just in case. I feel pretty certain I got most of them, though.)
FYI: The Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE Encore soundtrack that was released alongside the Switch port sounds awful. I think they ran the 32 kHz Wii U ADPCM through an exciter, compressed the dynamic range, and then slapped the result on some CDs. It's a shame, because that game has some pretty cool tracks.
I wonder if the Switch version has higher quality audio files than the Wii U version.
@blood_falcon: Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about the PC version of Burst, I just still didn't get the chance to look deeper into it yet, is all. Rest assured, I'll let you know of any new developments.
That being said, here are my new sets for this weekend:
Skybolt Zack (I had meant to clear out the sfx from the second "music" folder, but it ended up slipping my mind until after the set was already uploaded.... my bad. Anyway, this one has some neat tunes! Feels a bit reminiscent of the Mega Man X games in style.)
