In case anyone is interested, you can always get the latest version of my application here. Just adding that since the link in the first post is outdated.
I think so. I believe that hcs looked at the files in the game and found the SE in ADX, but he said that the music was sequenced. I could be wrong though...

Here I'm sending my first 2sf uploads. First is an update for the Kirby Super Star Ultra 2sf set, with currently 115 tracks and with their proper Japanese names:
The second one is the 2sf/stream set for Rhythm Tengoku Gold, which means it will only cover the japanese songs of the game. It only needs to be tagged, so if you want info on the tracks, go to this site: Rhythm Tengoku Soundtrack.
Thanks to VGMToolbox for making the job real easy. And before I go. I want to submit one 2sf track for "Crayon Shin-chan DS: Arashi wo Yobu Nutte Crayoon Daisakusen!". The track is from the European release and replaces track 000c. Question is, how do I convert the only mini2sf track into 2sf? Also, request for Rhythm Tengoku gsf, please. And with this, now I go.

Where did you find those names? The KSSU CD has only a handful of tracks.
I viewed that article, and the IM Translator addon I used showed one title to be called Duel Gourmet Race. That has to mean that the word you used in the title should be clash instead of crash.
VGMToolbox r400 by snakemeat at 11:02 PM EDT on June 24, 2009
400th revision! Binary and Source available at Sourceforge
Here's what's new:
[XSFTAG] - Added the ability to edit tags for xSF files from within the "Examine/Exploration Tools> Tag/Info Viwer". - Added an xSF file tagger in "Misc. Tools>xSF" for single or batch tag editing.
[HOOTAUDITOR] Added an auditor for Hoot XML files and your sets. Scans your Hoot XMLs and tells you which sets you miss. Be sure to check the "hoot" subdirectory under VGMToolbox for a text file of the output. Great for searching for incomplete or missing sets. aka "Hoot Auditor Result Verification Engine Yes!"
[SIMPLECUTTER] Added a simple cutter. Takes a file path, start offset, and an end offset or length or EOF as inputs and cuts the chunk out for you. Kind of like bincut GUI with >2GB support. aka Snakebite GUI!
[GENH] Added an extractor to extract original files from the GENH container.
