This question is very vague if we don't know anything about the game (i.e file format, files within game, etc.)

other than being an EA game,i've found .str files that indeed the music for the game. the problem is that when i use psound or cube media player 2 to play it, it sounds like stuttering garbage.

what am i supposed to do about the .str files in folders ARAB, CHINA and EUROPE in the stream folder? thats what im really after.
