In this case .tgq are music files. I've downloaded the Saturn's Warcraft II set from
ssf.hcs64.com
and I cannot find a way to play the musics even with Game-Audio-Player..

Well, I don't really know if those .tgq are music files, but the description of the site is "Saturn music archive", so...

I've put those there so that people more capable could see if there's a way to demux the music out of those.
