Nope. Megaman 9 is completely sequenced. Yes, other WiiWare games have been ripped due to the presence of streams. I have a few uploaded here

You can get MP3s of the Toki Tori music from the game's site here (Wii) or here (iPhone). I don't know if there's any difference in the mp3s on each page.

It's not "from" MM9. It's fanmade. MM9 isn't a NES game even though it's made to look like one.

Megaman 9 music has been re-created as S3M files that can be played with Winamp etc.
