Well as you've found there's #usf on freenode. We also have #console_stream on foreverchat. These are mainly for audio, though. Other resources include XeNTaX.
it's funny because both #usf and #console_stream share most of the same patrons and discussion of xSF and streamed stuff drifts between both channels. it's like one channel split into two.
