Mario Party USF set doesn't play :[ by mistamontiel at 1:41 PM EDT on June 25, 2010
So my damn Dell from 2004 toasted. I've got the current Winamp. And so the only two versions of 64th Note plugin I can find is off here, and @ the winamp plugin page..
I tested the one off here first, it stays muted..same goes with the other 64th Note version.
Have you tried the Mario Party set hosted on HCS's site? After all, this is "USF Central". For that matter, though you've already said as much, are you sure you're using the plugin hosted on the above linked page?
Some USF sets use a wonky refresh rate (like 22091 htz), and sometimes the sound card can't handle those weird rates. Check to see which output plugin you're using (it can make a difference), and check 64th Note's settings. I believe there's a setting in there that can round off the weird refresh rates into something more normal.
On the USF Central page, look at the large, bold words. Specifically, the "Current Sets". Immediately underneath that is a link to http://usf.hcs64.com. I linked to USF Central, because I figured it was easy to see where the sets were available. Apparently I was mistaken. Mouser X over and out.
