I have been looking everywhere and I am just getting more and more confused.

I was going to get this: http://hcs64.com/manakoAT/vgm_db/roms.php?system=21&set=2574 ripped.

I was thinking you used those codes on VGMToolbox?

I think I need to use Sony ADPCM Stream Extract. But I don't know what files to drop. I have the ISO.

Help?

VGMToolbox's Sony ADPCM extractor is very WIP, and won't extract these. Just request it in the Stream distro thread.
