Seeing as SonicStage works like crap on my computer, is there any alternative for listening to this streaming format like a Winamp or Windows Media Player plugin/codec?

Also, can't the PSP read these natively?

Apparently SonicStage installs a codec, so you should just be able to configure Winamps DirectShow player to handle the appropriate extensions and play it through there?

Install AC3 Filter and use DivX Player or similar program.

AC3 filter doesn't handle AT3+.

what is the preferred way to obtain/install sonicstage if I just want the codec in order to play AT3+ and as little other bullshit as possible?

also, wait, does using the sonicstage plugin allow for setting the number of loops? Is that even a thing with AT3?

Good grief, why isn't this documented anywhere... :(

I'd like to know this, too. I'm surprised after all this time the codec hasn't become solely distributed.

It is unbelievable that simple codec/ plugin doesn't exist... Is it so hard to do it, or is atrac plus such a copyright pain? I guess somebody could make some plugin anonymously?
