I found wdrev.exe in this website.
It is VERY similar to revb.exe, but it seems to be more useful than revb.
It can build BRSTM File > 2 Channels.

Cool, yeah I think I've heard about this before. Here's just wdrev, by White Dragon, no source afaict.

I believe the only difference is support for more channels, but as I don't have the source code I can't really verify that. If you need > 2 channels then wdrev is the one for you, seemingly.
