Whoops, someone should re-upload Lemmings (3DO), the current upload has been transcoded from AIFC SDX2 to AIFF PCM.

E: Wait, was it really AIFC? I need to get an ISO and test it again. Pain in the butt, since it needs to be extracted with a special ISO tool.

I uploaded stuff people contributed over the past two weeks, sorry it took so long, I've been working 7 day weeks for the past few months.

Also, a friendly reminder that I'll be stepping down come January - please, if any of you could sub for me, it'd be greatly appreciated.

@bxaimc: any chance you have the source of NUBExt or some update? r7/12b crashes with some files (Noby Noby Boy).
by bxaimc at 9:25 PM EST on December 3, 2017
Unfortunately I dont’t. I specially ordered it from manakoDE many moons ago and it was coded in VB (pre dotnet?) and it wasn’t exactly complete nor perfect. soneek has done some work with nusbank but I’m not sure if he’s taken a deeper look into the versions prior to 3 as much. I’ll ask him.

@knurek: reminds me of the days of maintaining manly! between us. I’ve got a bit of extra time on my hands so I might be up for it.

Tags for streamed files by notveryhelpful at 12:24 AM EST on December 4, 2017
One thing that was linked on this forum was the foobar2000 component m-TAGS which can be used for tagging streamed files:

https://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_tags

I made one of these files for a part of the FF Dimensions (iOS) set as a test since it kind of has a soundtrack. I simply selected the files to tag in foobar2000, chose "Create m-TAGS file", then opened the file in foobar2000 and edited the tag fields. I've made a similar file for Unchained Blades (PSP) so far. I've also made one for Xenoblade (Wii) even though the file names had already been changed to match the soundtrack. If these files are considered, it would be quite annoying to add them to archives and reupload the archives afterward. Maybe there could be a resource with tag files that match music archive names (or something) if enough of these files are ever made.

Thank you so much for the KH 1.5 HD rip, i've been looking for a while. Think you can do the same threat for 2.5 HD ? I never figure this one out to extract the mself file.

Quick question (I don't want to come across as a needy bi***) but is there any info on the status of Mario Odyssey's music yet?
by bnnm at 2:19 PM EST on December 4, 2017
@soneek - Noby Noby Boy sound folder. BGM_STREAM.nub crashes, others seem to work.
Bonus points if you can automagically get the names from the .bin files

@notveryhelpful - interesting. I think datschge had in mind some kind of tag archive too.

Hey Bxaimc, huge thumbs up for ripping Gran turismo 5! I somehow forgot to thank you for that set the last time around.

BTW may I ask you to inspect some audio bank cuts / samples? They all come from that Stuntman Ignition title I mentioned a few times ITT.
What if PS2 version proves to be much easier to work with than X360 one? Maybe even some extraction method / parsing procedure can be devised after close inspection of those naughty MBK bigfiles.
I guess that playback of contained streams even if they're indeed headerless should be way easier than unpacking the archive itself, I fancy that most or all BGMs can be played fine as *.mib files (interleave might be guessed (?) by VGMstream if BGMs weren't trimmed or abridged as CMP2 or ADPCM Player output usually is then all other specs would be correct too since tracks should actually play at 44,1KHz & stereo). In the best scenario every single song / score piece should have exactly the same specifications so that if we have an appropriate header for one file then it can be applied to all other ones (in case we still have to resort to making GENHs or adding headers with a specific BMS).
So may I post example files here or in some different thread? If you come to any kind of working solution then I'd be happy to make and provide complete rip of PS2 ver. and possibly also check out PS3 one because it used Sony ADPCM too. What's your answer?

Take care!
Undertale loop points? by mariofan12ify at 9:43 PM EST on December 7, 2017
I was wondering if the ogg files for Undertale have any specific loop points. Do they loop from the start or do some of them loop at specific points? I'd appreciate it if someone could help me.
by kode54 at 11:15 PM EST on December 7, 2017
Just FYI, the Undertale Ogg files also contain invalid packet timestamps, which trip up all versions of foobar2000 up to the current stable release, 1.3.17.

Got a PS3 upload!

Devil May Cry HD Collection

^I swear, it was a total coincidence that I uploaded this the same day that a port for the current-gen systems was announced, lol. Anyway, I hope I got all the necessaries here.... the music and movies were spread among a bunch of different folders. Speaking of, I didn't change the name of the folders, but I'm fairly certain that STREAM1, DMC2STR, and SOUND are DMC1, DMC2, and DMC3, respectively. If I missed anything, let me know and I'll see what I can do. Otherwise, enjoy!
by bnnm at 9:21 PM EST on December 8, 2017
@soneek - thanks, worked fine. I think XMA and VAG work with vgmstream if you paste the nub header (the "xma " + stuff part) without having to create a header.

by Ultrafighter at 5:45 AM EST on December 9, 2017
Hi Mark, I have something for you: this might be interesting both in terms of discovering new good music and probably giving you some ideas what should be ripped next when you return from your vacation. So here're contents of my sample pack:

1) Mace Griffin - Bounty hunter (PC). I'm sure I mentioned it once or twice in this thread.
Funny thing is I found out who's composer just a few days ago and it's Ian Livingstone, maybe not an industry superstar but still a man who's known for some well-done masterpieces. Some fans would name GRID 1-2 or F1 2010-2014 but my favorites are Bionicle heroes & Stolen although the latter is possibly the shortest score for a full-price multi-platform VG I've ever encountered.
For Mace Griffin he composed mostly orchestral action tracks and electronic ambient but this soundtrack is still quite good, reminds me of Chrome by Pawel Blaszczak or Wolfenstein (2009) by Bill Brown.
Also ending of intro is nice and totally unexpected ;) , it's undisputedly the most rememberable part of entire OST for me;

2) The club also has pretty tiny yet neat score which is lossless on PC but really lossy on X360. I'd still appreciate it if someone checked out PS3 port, if not for presumably higher quality then for alternate mixes / versions of those tracks or even unique compositions. If Blur (racerz) is rippable and there's even a BMS dedicated to 007 Blood stone then it'd be no problem to get a hold of BGMs.
A pair of tracks I upped are absolutely swell but there's much more to this soundtrack: dark ambience and driving beats aren't all what it's got to offer us!
Oh and I almost forgot the most important part! This original soundtrack's by Richard Jacques (he scored Western racing games or shooters as well as select Sonic spinoffs) and a few additional compositions are courtesy of Jesper Kyd (!);

3) Original score for X-Men Origins - Wolverine (PC) is by Paul Haslinger, 'nuff said; the title itself is based on UE3, 'nuff said again but ripping this VGM is actually worth all the effort as it's Paul's trademark mix of many genres reminding of Rainbow six: Vegas dilogy or Underworld movie saga.
I'd aim for next-gen console ports (namely PS3 or X360 since they shouldn't be abridged as PSP or Wii versions plus audio quality is presumed to be relatively high). I'd be happy to have rip from just any platform though. It might occur that one day I'll process one of those platforms myself if only to obtain yet another encode of the awesome title_screen_01 / end_credits theme. My guess is that not a single version uses anything close to lossless so that acquiring possibly higher quality variants of the same tracks is the best we can dream of.
PS. These OGGs I provided weren't extracted out of *.SoundNodeWave containers this time around, I simply renamed those to *.ogg and all went smoothly. I guess that Xbox 360 version can be treated the same way if it worked for Shadows of the damned.

Till next time and best wishes!

1 rip today

Hello Marcusss, long time no see and all! I'm truly glad to hear news about Implosion and very eager to try out your ultimate version so big thanks for completing this project!

BTW I started ripping Mace Griffin for Xbox today, it doesn't have such HQ audio as I hoped but PS2 & especially GC should have even lower frequencies in their ADPCM files (and not use PCM for any tracks). I suppose that a few days will be just enough for me to check out all the sounds, vids and make a streamed VGM set to be added to Archives.
Would you be interested in this rip? I've found very few BGMs yet but they're all pretty nice ambient, even much more atmospheric than electronic.

And I think I've finally devised a relatively good solution for Stuntman Ignition: to add SS2 ("SShd") header to entire original MBK bigfile (well with some small offset to be exact) and get a 2 hours 26 min. suite of varied music. Of course there'll some dupes among streams contained in a bigfile but such resolution is still better than nothing, do you agree?

See you later!

Hi Ultrafighter. Good work with Stuntman Ignition. Music is good from that game so will be good to have a listen when it is up.hopefully i can find time to upload a few more vgm rips but with xmas near it is a mad house. Haha
by Ultrafighter at 4:22 AM EST on December 11, 2017
@Bxaimc: Thnx for making Guitar Hero II set available, it's always nice to have more GH/RB rips at hand! Is it MOGG and if it is how many channels are there in songs? I guess it's not up to 15ch. as in Rock band 1-2 or the latest Guitar hero installments for PS3/X360 but some worthy multi-track files are still to be found in earlier VGs in the series.
Or maybe it's FSB OGG? I remember hearing something like that but maybe it didn't apply to GH2.

@Marcusss: You can expect Stuntman to arrive in a few days then. However I'm gonna post it in The Official Streamed VGM Distribution Thread, I think that demuxed movies should be neglected in that case, I don't recall hearing unique music there anyway (I can hardly remember any VGM from Stuntman 2 prerendered vids anyway). Or probably you'd like BIKs too for completeness sake?
Mace Griffin might take much more time though, I've just found out there're not just initially unpacked WAVs & XMVs, some streams are also contained in bigfiles. They should be mostly clones but they still gotta increase ripping / listening time greatly.

Bye all!
by bxaimc at 8:21 AM EST on December 11, 2017
@Ultrafighter: Unencrypted MOGG, up to 6 channel I think on this rip.

@bxaimc Thanks for doing GHII, but I can't seem to find the download for it anywhere
by bxaimc at 11:42 PM EST on December 11, 2017
You can download it as soon as Knurek moves it over to the public folders. I will say though, most people will have issues playing some files because their sound cards don’t like odd numbered channel files, nor those with channel counts more than 6. This is normal and not an issue with vgmstream per se but rather a limitation with the sound card.

@mariofan12ify: think you might be able to extract them using rarc dump.
by Ultrafighter at 3:34 PM EST on December 13, 2017
@Mark: I finished wading through Mace Griffin sounds today (frigging game took much more time to get rid of duplicates than to actually listen to all remaining unique WAVs) so rejoice as my rip is on the way! I compiled final version and upped it a few hours ago so it's up to our VGM set moderator now. I guess it won't take long for this gamerip to appear on JoshW servers.

Also here's Stuntman Ignition BGM for you, I decided to split given SFXMUSIC.MBK into pieces though: the 1st, much shorter one, has mostly licensed songs while the 2nd part (the one provided in package above) contains all original music & a bit of SFX in the very end.
Just be prepared to hear some dupes here and there, sometimes the same track 2 or 3 times in a row like the one starting at 59:39 and ending at 1:14:38. If that specific section gets too boring, frustrating or downright infuriating for you feel free to jump straight to numerous country instrumentals and those announcements / swooshes / engine roars in the end.
And of course you can also request SFXMUSIC_1.ss2 if you feel like it, there's not just pop-rock with vocals there because some nice instrumentals are thrown into that mix too. I can even post exact timings for those select compositions if you need them.

Cheers!

Hey, Knurek! What's your policy on scraping? The general rule of thumb is to not hammer a server with megabytes of downloads per second. A command like this is customary:

$ wget -r URL --limit-rate 800K --continue --wait 3

A penny for your thoughts.

I'm pretty sure there is no trace of FTP "policies" or "rules" around here, let alone anywhere else.
by kode54 at 6:55 PM EST on December 18, 2017
It's a DreamHost server or servers somewhere. You can probably hammer away and they won't bat an eye.

The general rule for joshw.info is, I assume, no matter how fast or slow you mirror it, it will still use the same total amount of transfer capacity, which I have no idea how DreamHost bills it.

edited 7:58 PM EST December 18, 2017
by NintenComet at 12:48 PM EST on December 19, 2017
The download limit has more to do with unintentionally DDoSing the server more than anything. Also, it's generally polite to ask about scraping.

by kode54 at 11:58 PM EST on December 19, 2017
Right, and I wasn't aware that DreamHost had just one server per hostname. I guess that's the case here.

I use Amazon S3 and CloudFront, so there's always at least a few IP addresses for every general region of the world, and all of them get billed separately, at different rates. It doesn't matter if you trickle or hammer them, as a single download is a single download regardless of how fast or slow you do it. I think they're probably on the order of 10Gbps per IP? Not sure.

I was looking for this one - "Ridge Racer Slipstream (2013-12-19)(Namco Bandai) iOS" in Mobile section - but couldn't find it at first because there's character missing ATM. I had to double-check name of the VG here to be sure and search simply for "Slipstream" then.

Terminator 3 - Rise of the Machines (2003-11-11) (Black Ops Entertainment) (Atari, Inc.)

Xbox

Die Hard - Vendetta (2003-6-27) (Bits Studios) (NDA Productions) - You'll want the PS2 versions's music of this game. The quality in this version isn't that great...

Also does anyone know how to decrypt PS3 game files? The games I've looked at appear to use the same type of standard PS3 PKG type encryption.

@mx2045 Thats a PS4/PS Vita/Steam game, not a PS3 one. Maybe it gets dumped some day, either the Steam one or the Vita one.
by Ultrafighter at 4:33 AM EST on December 24, 2017
Hey Punk7890-2, you haven't been around these parts for quite some time so how are you? Needless to say you're always welcome back here especially when you're bearing so many Christmas presents for us!

BTW are you going to add Xbox version of Terminator 3 and check out that "Nakatomi plaza" installment in Die hard series? The former also uses channel-split ADPCM files and might even have higher quality than PS2 port; the latter got me interested thanks to composer name as that guy scored multiple AvP VGs and more importantly did half of original music for Fight club: The game.
Consider "Die hard: Nakatomi plaza" a request if you like, I'd like to try out this soundtrack and would be very happy if you supplied it at some point but obviously I can't demand it and will understand if there's a turndown on your part.

And I had a few ideas for lossless re-rips which I never mentioned because you disappeared so quickly after that Twisted metal / Vigilante 8 batch. I'm wondering if you're still in the mood to make some new additions to that acclaimed bunch...
If it's so then I'd like to propose well-deserved FLAC rips for this or that game.
Additionally Prototype (1995) totally deserves not only a lossless rip but addition to JoshW collection here. What do you think about the titles I've just called?

All the best!

PS. About ripping PSN videogames: you should simply google for "PKG Extractor" or "PSN package unpacker" and you will surely find numerous offerings. You see there're many GUI tools dedicated to the task but it's recommended to have at least 2 of them and compare extracted contents from time to time. Unfortunately not one of them can guarantee that unpacking process will go smoothly...

- Drakengard PS3 DLC tracks

@Punk7890-2 - try "PSP_PS3_PKG_Decrypter_Extractor_v.1.0.0.1-bin" or "PkgView_1.3" (double check results though).
Do *NOT* use "PSN PKG Decryptor & Extractor v1.85", will result in corrupted data in several cases.

Some PKG also contain EDAT that you need to decrypt using some tool (forgot which) and game's decryption keys (usually .RAP) then extract.
by punk7890-2 at 6:49 AM EST on December 24, 2017
@Ultrafighter I am doing fine. Thanks for the welcome back and I hope you are doing well also! I'll take note of those games. No guarantee I will get to them, however.

The problem with some PS3 games isn't PKG extracting/decrypting, it's that some games like Gundam Vs Extreme Full Boost have some sort of encryption in all of their files. This looks similar to PKG encryption and was wondering if there is a way to decrypt PS3 game files that use this type of encryption.

Here are a few rips I added to the server. I will try to rip some more later..

iOS
===

* Future War
* Shuyan Saga
* Star Horizon

* Subdivision Infinity

(^ This one doesn't work with vgmstream as has an unknown audio type inside the FSB container. Perhaps bnnm can take a look at it??
A couple examples

Thx

Also uploaded SPELLFORCE 3 (PC) to the server ;-)

Streets of Rage II not showing in vgm players by waveform at 11:21 PM EST on December 26, 2017
@Kirishima
I was just trying to play/stream it from ZXtune but since the filename is probably invalid it's not listed in the app.
The picture was just from the webpage to show that the correct icon doesn't appear next to the filename also.

My post was just to report it and I'm familiar with project2612 but thanks for linking to it anyway.

@Marcusss: I'm sure some guys out here have yet to celebrate it so that you can bring it up once again on the 7th of January.

BTW did you get my movie update for Stuntman: Ignition? It's right here.
I actually upped all the video tracks with any sound in them (but without voiceovers which aren't English as usual) but added that "(mov) " prefix to the most important ones so that you'll be able to find them quickly. Those contain music and sometimes it's even clean BGM! Check out CREDITS beforehand as well as LEVEL~NK_TRLR (trailer for that fake French ripoff of a typical 007 film which is being shot in the game).

Laters!
by bnnm at 1:55 PM EST on December 27, 2017
@marcusss - those FSB are FADPCM, there is no public decoder so can't be added ATM.

@Knurek - any chance you could post an updated joshw set list like you did some months ago? At least Vita if possible (you know, for science).
by Knurek at 2:01 PM EST on December 27, 2017
@bnnm: not possible for PS3/X360/PC, since I don't have HDD space for storing everything.
Rest I can do. CRC32 as well, or just the directory listings?
by bnnm at 2:06 PM EST on December 27, 2017
@Knurek - No prob, directory listing is enough. Saves me time when I need to find certain extensions.

Okay, final update from me should be up on server later today.
Planning on fixing the Vita archive once AT9 supports in VGMStream goes live and maybe adding some handheld sets once in a blue moon.
Not sure who will pick up the pace.
Anyways, good luck and have a great 2018.

@Knurek/bxaimc - is the frontend still monitored or should I post links here instead?

***

Unplayable Vita sets info:
- Darkest Dungeon, Lumo: use FADPCM (unsupported)
- Dragon Quest Builders: will be added later I think
- Mortal Kombat: x_00000001 have extra blank bytes at the end, must be deleted.
- LittleBigPlanet PS Vita: some files use 6ch multistream a la MPEG, I need to evaluate stuff
- NekoBuro Cats Block, Polara: use some kind of bank-pseudo format, I see ATRAC9 data but must be investigated.
- A Rose in the Twilight, Dead Nation, Entwined, Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakyuu, Resogun, Sonic & All-Stars, Super Stardust Delta: those use Wwise's AKPK/BKHD (.wem) and must use certain .bms (the format keeps changing, try a bunch from games of a similar date) and not direct extract.
I repeat, *DO NOT* use VGMToolbox's RIFF extract with Wwise ATRAC9, unless you like truncated data. You NEED a proper extractor.
A few of those are HE-VAG or MSAPDCM but I don't have extractors myself so I didn't actually test, I think all would work once done.

Others should work soon-ish.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
by bnnm at 8:23 PM EST on January 4, 2018
@bxaimc - Oh well, fun stuff for when you get access:
- FIFA 18 (X360)
- Freedom Wars (Vita)[reup]
- Gravity Rush (Vita)[reup]
- Guilty Gear Xrd (PS4)
- Soul Sacrifice Delta (Vita)
- Superbike 2001 (PC)
- The Last of Us Remastered (PS4)
- Valkyria Chronicles 2 (PSP)
- Welcome Park (Vita)[reup]

Valkyria 2 quick howto:
- extract ISO, VGMToolbox ODIN.CPK, get all .ATX
- compile hcs's xor3, decrypt .ATX
- use custom .bms/script to join x_01.ATX + x_02.ATX into .AT3 (vgmstream can't support Media.Vision's ATX at the moment)

Repost from here

Not sure if this is the right thread to ask about, but it would be nice if someone made a gsf rip from "Asterix & Obelix: Bash Them All!". I tried using Saptapper, but it doesn't use Sappy engine. I've contacted CaitSith2 a while back, asking if he could do it, but didn't get a reply. If any gsf rippers are still here, I'd really appreciate a rip from that game. It's got some nice tunes by good ol' Alberto Jose Gonzalez.

Apologies for double-posting.

Okie, done with my final gift for you, the Vita archive sets have been updated to play seamlessly with the newest VGMStream build.

I've also added the newly supported sets. Didn't touch the WWise .PCK/.BNK sets, as I can't bother with searching for proper extractors.
(Housemarque games seem to work fine for me when using VGMToolbox extractor, but as bnnm said quite strongly not to use it, I'll leave them in more capable hands - source files are on server in the zzz_unplayable folder)

Could we get a rip of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD sometime?
by bxaimc at 2:21 PM EST on January 7, 2018
Once the game is decrypted and dumped, sure.
by MoldyPond at 2:31 PM EST on January 7, 2018
Might be off topic (or requiring a new thread) but are there known methods of dumping Xbox One games? Google doesn't enjoy aiding me in my searches.
by bnnm at 2:50 PM EST on January 7, 2018
I think Type-0 is already rippable on PC, guess nobody cared in 2+ years.

There are a few decrypted PS4 dumps out there but most are 40Gb+ multiplatform games thus not very interesting. IOW don't expect lots of PS4 rips.

I don't think there are XBone dumps yet.
by JHAKRI at 3:45 PM EST on January 7, 2018
Hopefully this isn't off topic, but I'm wondering if someone here can help me know where to get the most updated files for hoot. I've been using hoot.joshw.info for a few weeks and that's worked out great until I tried to play Snatcher for PC-88; I updated all the files with the most recent versions and found an archive of .xml files on github and have been using that but I still can't get it to work. Any ideas?

Edit: Problem fixed, the driver in the Snatcher file available on hoot.joshw.info looks to be broken, so I just used a program created by UME-3 available on dmpsoft called snatcut, and extracted a disk rom from online into it and it then output all the files needed; after that I just packaged the files into a .zip and named it snatcher.zip and it worked.

Oh then alright. I forgot about the windows release. I guess I’ll look into it unless you’re already doing it bnnm.
by Ultrafighter at 4:44 PM EST on January 7, 2018
@Bnnm: Big thanks for Superbike 2001 set, I grabbed this one as soon as it was transferred to JoshW server!
Are you going to rip SBK '99 or Superbike 2000 too? It'd never hurt to have those if only for completeness sake (and despite the fact Superbike 2001 reuses quite a few tracks from Superbike 2000).

BTW I'd change these *.asf extensions to *.sng ones in case someone uses foobar2000 as main player. I mean XMPlay isn't so picky and would play both movie streams fine regardless of extension but Foobar won't accept those and add them to playlist until they're given that SNG extension.
Actually this is a really old issue (or tiny bug if you wish) which I don't entirely understand so maybe there're some important differences between ASFs & SNGs and one shouldn't play with file renaming so lightheartedly. Or maybe I'm simply imagining such a problem while it's virtually nonexistent and most users utilize Winamp\XMPlay for playback? Anyway it's up to them to decide, I just thought it'd be better to post this small heads-up for any Foobar 2000 fans who are going to listen to SBK '01 gamerip (or who will stumble upon similar EA audio files in the future).

Also is "Guilty gear Xrd -SIGN-" PS4 set playable already and if yes are there more or less descriptive filenames as in PC version (not "bigfile_#.ext" style ones)? Somehow I haven't found an OST for it yet and I checked out PC gamerip quite some time ago. That's why I'd like to try out another platform but I'd expect it to be readily playable and stuff (be it VGMstream support, TXTH solution or something else).

Bye!
PS. And hi Bxaimc, it's nice to meet you as our new streamed VGM moderator!
by marcusss at 5:31 PM EST on January 7, 2018
Windows games are the same these days.. 40gb downloads to get 500mb of.data but always worth it. I hope some people with fast connections don't give up grabbing those ps4 rips ;)
by bnnm at 5:59 PM EST on January 7, 2018
@bxaimc - if you can do it that'd be great, giant downloads and all. In case it helps somebody made a tool at xentax.

@Ultrafighter - I could swear foobar opened .asf before, interesting. EA's formats come in many extensions like .sng/asf/mus/eam which are equivalent. Not all .asf will work when renamed though, but I could massage the detection some.

Guilty Gear yes and yes. Superbike don't think so but the files were in plain sight, should be easy if somebody else wants to rip it (for the videos I posted a demuxer in the VGMToolbox thread).
by marcusss at 11:18 PM EST on January 7, 2018

Thanks! Btw, is the victory fanfare part of the set? I mean the jingle that plays when you level up.
by Ultrafighter at 7:19 AM EST on January 8, 2018
@Marcusss: Sheer size of disc dump has nothing to do with audio specs, my guess is that sound quality of multiplatform titles on PS4 is mediocre or even low compared to XBone or PC counterparts. I think that history will repeat itself (the same story as with quality expectations regarding PS3 audio) & HQ or even lossless streams will be rarely found in PS4 ISOs/dumps.

@Bnnm: it's cool to have that EA movie demuxer handy so maybe there's all more reason to rerip those SBK (1999) or Superbike 2000 games. I ripped both titles eons ago but obviously didn't even look for vids since I was uninterested. Probably one day I'll redo both VGs and do the job more thoroughly.

Goodbye all!

@mariofan12ify, aw darn, no it’s not. I’ll have to go back and search in the sfx banks. I’ll get to that as soon as I’m back later today and let you know when it’s up.

EDIT: Ok, so it might take a little longer than I anticipated. Some of the SCDs in the sfx folders and archives aren't playing correctly or at all so we'll need to fix first, otherwise I won't be able to find all the jingles.

On another note, I'm seeing 48k PCM in Rayman Legends (PS4). Will upload that soon.

@Ultrafighter - PS4/Vita often use ATRAC9, while XBone still XMA (IIRC), Vorbis on PC, and Switch may now use Opus; quality should be similar for all those.
Note that ADPCM (bigger, often used on PC) may actually be a bit lower quality than the above (not necessarily audible but keep in mind).

For some reason many devs (Unreal Engine mainly) used low quality MP3s in PS3 (I guess Sony didn't share ATRAC3 or wasn't too efficient), but that's not the case anymore.
