I ended up reripping Ni No Kuni II because it didn't have the original file names (the acb, this one works compared to many others), the ending song was not included (movie), and I ended up including some event audio from the cutscenes.

Now all we need is the lost iPod click wheel version!
EDIT: Speaking of which, I was looking through my old iPod games, and I found the "lost" Asphalt 4!
I uploaded the music files from that, too.

Although you can't really call The Sims Bowling's audio files "music" as it's just so bloody awful!
Most "songs" consist of a simple looped instrumental guitar lick and dreadfully annoying Simlish wailing.

^The VJ rip comes in two parts because I originally didn't have time to upload the entire rip in one go (the content adds up to over 1.8GB combines), so I upped the rest of the files later. That being said, enjoy!

I think those are from the JP/iOS version, which updated up to chapter 8 (last), while the US/PC is still in chapter 7, so I think can be re-ripped once it goes live later.

I went back to check where the music was and nothing is missing (at least from this rip). I extracted 212 files and there were 212 entries in the table for the container. Of course, some of the files were just placeholders and I removed those from the rip:
Some other jingles were found here and there scattered throughout the game (already in the rip) but it's complete afaik

So it looks like the PS3 got the highest quality of them all, and includes all the songs too (Which means finding the click wheel iPod version is a moot point now because I distinctly remember the files being 192kbps MP3).

Thanks for the info.
Two tracks that were previously broken are now fixed, but there are several other tracks with errors/issues that have gone unnoticed for years (I never expected anyone would re-rip, let alone fix the already noted issues); these are:
"ev05 (Phase No. 1 Skeith)" has noticeable pops like "Cyan" and "Tail Concerto" did at 3.5, 5.5, etc. seconds in
"bonus0 (800 Significant Seasons Bonus Track Panta-kimi)" has the same deal at ~1.5, 2.5, etc. seconds in
"stage17 (Common Snowfield Night Field ~ Battle)" has them at .8, 3.0, 5.2, etc. seconds
"title (Title)" has them at 12.5, 13.5, etc. seconds
and both "stage04 (Common Wasteland Field ~ Battle)" and "stage04 (Common Wasteland Field ~ Battle) (Variation)" have them pretty much throughout the entire track.
Those last two, by the way, are referred to as the "Humus" fields in the English version of the game, instead of "Wasteland." Similarly, the "Wilderness" fields in the pack are the ones actually called "Wasteland" in the English game. The "Variation" here is just the Rainy version, if that matters. ("stage12 (Common Wilderness Field ~ Battle) (Variation)" is the Rainy version of the "Wilderness" field as well)
Similarly, "stage17 (Common Snowfield Night Field) (Variation)" is just the regular Day version of the field, and "stage19 (Common Desert Field) (Variation)" is the Desert at Night.
On the same note, "dgn00 (Common Stonewall Dungeon) (Variation)" is the Corrupted version of the Stonewall dungeons, and "dgn01 (Common Cave Dungeon ~ Battle) (Variation)" is the battle theme for the Corrupted verison of the Cave dungeons
Not sure if any of that matters to you pack guys, but I thought it worth mentioning.
Finally, the 3 "Unknown" tracks play during cutscenes. One was officially released/titled, but the other two weren't so lucky, so I've named those after the English cutscene name:
"Unknown 4" plays during "Woman In White"
"Unknown 5" plays during "Balmung & Helba At Holy Ground"
"Unknown 6" plays during "Epitaph Of Twilight (Opening)" (This was actually released on .hack & G.U. SOUNDTRACK Ver. The World and is simply titled "epitaph of the twilight". This same disc also has the "Corrupted" or "Server Breached" Theta and Sigma Root Town themes. All three of these were originally released on .hack//The World Vol.3 Special Sound Track)

1) Medal of honor (2010) for PC: it's almost 100% Ramin Djawadi so no more words are even needed. The 1st archive contains all the singleplayer BGMs & some videos from campaign mode as well as a few convertible tracks from MP; the 2nd one has remaining SP vids + currently unplayable \ nonconvertible files from multiplayer.
2) Spider-man 2 - The game (PC): unfortunately this port doesn't have all the KMFDM compositions (for example Xbox version has them all, not just 5 select songs) but there're also some nice unique tracks here. PC OGGs might be of higher quality anyway because 44100 Hz, stereo should beat 4-bit ADPCM with the same specs any day of the week.
3) TRON Evolution (X360): rerip with correct names this time & 1:1 original XMAs. Also my newer release has movies with 7 different voiceovers including Russian & even Polish (maybe Knurek will find the latter option useful, he-he)!
4) The warriors - Street brawl (XBLA): it never hurts to have more older style electronic music in the vein of Manhunt and The warriors (2005) especially when it's augmented by rock guitars!
And (as one infamous Dr. used to say) ta-ta!

Note that RPG maker has a bunch of stock tracks, maybe Dragonward reused some, you may want to check.
@Ultrafighter - FEAR 2 bms is very hacky, better ask the xentax guys.
MGAV are easy to add but some files demux incorrectly, I need more tests.
State of Emergency 2 I could implement but only files with .mih would work. The missing .mih will be hard to locate or maybe not even exist, no real point to add only to get a few tracks working.

@Bnnm: It's very nice to hear promising or simply good news about MGAV, I believe that in the end you'll completely understand that format and proper support will be added to VGMstream!
FEAR 2: I initially thought about asking at ZenHAX forum but decided not to do it because Luigi wasn't able to figure out SNDs back in the day (ProofLink) and I wasn't sure that situation has changed over the time. But I utilized his scripts for unpacking both given *.Arch01 bigfiles & contained BNDL archives, not Crypton's FEAR2Tools (creator of SNDExtractor.exe) which can also extract such files.
I can also use your snd.bms even if names aren't supported, it's no big deal but if you're unsure about the code itself and would like to get more samples then just tell me, there seem to be placeholders with size like 544 or 20 (!) Bytes.
In regard to State of Emergency 2: alright then, I guess I'd not like it myself if only some random selection of tracks was playable so that I don't see true need to add those few streams to plugin.
I'll check STXs & AT9s as soon as the next update is out but there should be no more issues, right?
And the last thing: you could post it in VGMstream topic for I check it rather regularly too, it's merely that "regularly" might mean once a day or so.
