1.1 FINAL now up.

If you've been keeping up with the betas you shouldn't notice any changes. If 1.0 wouldn't work for you 1.1 may have fixed that issue. If it still doesn't work let me know.

I added the new Chopper Attack and Yoshi's Story to the ini, and I cleaned up the initialization of the flags for files without any tags (like I think is what you were running into with Top Gear Overdrive), other than that it's 1.1 beta 4 with a new version number. The point of the release is to take 1.0 out of circulation.
