What can convert MegaMan Legends PSFs to mid. I have tried VGMTrans, PGConv, and AKAO with no success.

Someone once sent me a ripped or converted Chrono Cross midi, so I believe it is possible, whether it's using PSFs or SEQs or using an ISO I do not know, and I have no idea what is used to do it. Sorry, not very helpful, but it should at least be some reassurement that it is possible.
