Does anyone have midi rips from Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, and Four Swords Adventure for the Gamecube?

I have like 1 or 2 songs from Four Swords Adventures converted to midi but you probably don't want any of those.

Thanks. I think there are a couple missing tracks from Wind Waker like Staff Roll and Opening Demo. Haven't checked Twilight Princess yet. Are they suppose to be full rips? Do you know how I can rip the music from 4 swords adventure and convert it to midi?
