Rockstar Audio Tool | Playback Issues by Jack Krowell at 8:56 PM EDT on August 24, 2021
So, I'm trying to convert some .fsb files from the PC version of Manhunt 2, using the 'Rockstar Audio Tool'.

Sure they converted to wav, but when I tried to play them, I get some error message stating:

"This item was encoded in a format that's not supported"
