They come in my BLOOD+ one night kiss iso, the game is for PS2, and I've been searching all this way along without an answer.

Anybody know how to extract the sound files in it, or just a music player for that type of file?

For as long as I know xwb are xbox wave files. When you look for 'xwb xbox' or 'xwb extractor' you will find many programs. However since it's for the ps2 i think it's a native file format that is not hacked yet. You might use Cube Media Player on it and see if it can find ps2 adpcm data.
