- Make sure that wiiufwar.xml and wiiufwav.xml are located in the \plugins\AdvancedCutter folder of vgmtoolbox_bin_rXXX . (found on http://www.hcs64.com/mboard/forum.php?showthread=39085 , posted by “soneek”)
- Open VGMToolbox.exe (tested with vgmtoolbox_bin_r953) - Misc. Tools → Extraction Tools → Generic → Advanced Cutter/Offset Finder - Open the drop-down list on the right → “Nintendo Wii U - FWAR Wave Archives” → Load
- Drag-and-drop the .bfsar archive under “Files to Search” - Drag-and-drop the extracted .bfwar the same way (it is possible to drop multiple files at once)
PLAY/convert the .bfwav with foobar2000 (tested with v1.3.8):
- get the vgmstream decoder from the foobar2000.org official website ( http://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_input_vgmstream ) or the github ( https://github.com/kode54/vgmstream/releases ), the most recent one
