I was just wondering of a Kirby 3DS soundfont is possible or will be in the near future.

It's most likely not possible, seeings as how both games use streamed music. The best chance you'd have at getting a Kirby 3DS soundfont is by either sampling the songs or figuring out the exact instruments used for the streams.

Is there ANY 3ds game that's NOT streamed and can be made into a soundfont? And will there be a tool one day that can make soundfonts out of streamed music?

How can you make a soundfont out of a PRERECORDED stream? Do you know how soundfonts work? :)

Can you extract the yellow paint from green paint, leaving just blue paint? Not as far as I know (but if you can, then I'm just an idiot).

Or, more appropriately, extract all the individual pigments from a finished painting.

Only if the original sounds they used to render each song get leaked. So, you'd need to get a job at HAL Labs and do the deed.
