Cannot get this to play outside of the game itself.

If I recall, XA is a PS1 format. The file doesn't work with this tool though, so perhaps I'm mistaken.

It's IMA ADPCM. Not playable in vgmstream due to reasons but I'll do something later.

It's now playable if you get the latest vgmstream and unzip this file in the "speech" forlder and this file in the "track" folder. I added the set to joshw too.
