You can rip all of the sounds and samples from the Wii U's BFSAR using VGMToolbox's Advanced Cutter tool. You'll need one of these plugins to extract the BFWAVs from the BFSAR file.
The BFWAVs can then be converted to WAVs using vgmstream. The sample/sfx looping points can be found within each BFWAV if applicable.
VGMToolbox can open Wii U ISOs (if you have the common key, try google) and other programs such as NUS Downloader and similar ones grab the games from the servers and again if you have the common key (cough google cough), it should decrypt and unpack the containers.
