I think its in the "common" bank since its technically a sound rather than music.

A lot of them seem to be dummy files. I assume they were beta tracks that were tested but never implemented. BTW, I was acting like that as I've never seen any mention of it and was unsure of how much people wanted this OST.

I believe its one of those games where the loop points are in the executable itself. That or the loop points aren't being properly detected in VGMStream.
