For the bg_ file name songs, rename the file extensions to .adcpm and the mus file name songs to .mib extension and then put these files in the same folder:

And where may I ask do I put the .TXTH files? I am using only the foobar plugin of VGMstream.

The same folder as the Star Wars Episode III music files, like I said in my above post.
