I can't extract music from Blaster Master Zero 2 by pierippah at 12:31 AM EDT on March 21, 2019

the files are .bigrp files. I can open then in 7zip but when I attempt to extract anything it can't do anything and spits out ~2-200byte files

Did you try checking the file with a hex editor or try running ravioli scanner to see if anything extracts?

With a hex editor you can find out the header or what compression it is using.

it's only showing a @ symbol for the first line and ravioli scanner comes up with a unknown

also there's a .bisar file do you have any idea what that is?
