Converting BRSEQ directly to WAV (NOT midi+sf2)? by RolandMunsil at 2:55 PM EDT on July 28, 2019

I've been searching for a way to convert some BRSEQ files directly to WAV (using their associated BRWAR and BRBNK files) but it seems the only tools I can find are for converting them to MIDI+SF2 which obviously doesn't reproduce the audio super accurately. Is there a tool I'm missing or has no one fully figured out the format yet?

No one has fully figured out the format apart from the devs of the dolphin emulator. There are unfortunately no tools.
