Does anyone know of a proper .exe software to convert the .fxb 'GLOBAL SFX' file of Manhunt 2 to a playable .wav file format?

I don't think there's any audio in this file, it's just a list of SFX.

The third result on Google for "Manhunt 2 sound effects" is Rockstar Audio Tool, try that.

I guess that's only for PC.

The answer is I can't do anything with a .txd file that I can't inspect.

Is there an AUD_PS2.AFS file? I see a few mentions of that.

Yes, there is an AUD_PS2.afs file, all for each and every level.

I've already extracted one of them with an 'afs_extract.exe' application that I downloaded from GitHub.
