Alongside the audio files are files ending in .h that contain a 32 byte string. Am I correct in guessing that these are the decryption keys for each file? And are there any tools for dealing with Atom & Mana decryption? Sorry if I formatted anything incorrectly, this is my first post.
This is just an update to reveal what was going on. I found a blog post by Headcrabbed that presented the exact same situation I was facing: useDecrypter is set to false, but the audio is still encrypted.
In short, adb would be necessary to find the key, making it impossible to get because the game will not run if USB debugging is turned on.
If there are any other solutions, please let me know because I've tried every thing I could in this past week.
