I second this request. It`s been such a long time since Atrac3+ support was finally added to Foobar`s port of this plugin and I`m even surprised to an extent that it hasn`t been done yet. My guess is that it`s not even expected to somehow break original Atrac3 support in Winamp / XMPlay since tracks encoded using the latter codec aren`t played with help of vgmstream anyway while they have exactly the same extension at AT3+ ones which leads to some confusion at times IE when end users of sets provided at JoshW.info wonder why some AT3s don`t play even in Foobar2000 as of now (that might be especially tricky for them to figure out the reason when dealing with AT3 + AT3+ mixes coming from a single platform of a single game title) therefore it`d be most welcome if someone managed to finally establish parity between both players` possibilities in terms of playback.

I don't spend time on the project, and there aren't many other people working on it. The hours I burned yesterday to get the build working in mingw was not the best use of my time. And there are many things to do before working in vgmstream becomes less painful:
Some effort needs to be put in to organize the builds better, probably switch over to github (in the interest of really easily accepting patches), and handle external libraries more sanely.

At some level I am wondering why we don't just team up with libav or ffmpeg; all that we really need that they are missing is looping control, and some vgmstream stuff has been migrating over anyway thanks to folks like James Almer, Justin Ruggles, and Paul B Mahol.

So it's hard for me to put in some small amount of effort and call it done, if that makes sense, and I don't have the time to engage fully.

Maybe kode's version can be considered more up-to-date than the one on sourceforge?
